Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Noemi fue muy amable y siempre atenta, nos dio instrucciones claras desde el principio. El piso estaba tal y como se describe: limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. Muy recomendable

Alles war super. Kommunikation war immer top und hilfsbereit. Romina ist immer da. Auch bei extra Wünschen kommt sie einem so gut sie kann entgegen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Logement très agréable, tout est à disposition ! Idéal si vous venez avec un chien, une douche extérieure nous a permis de rincer le sable de la plage qui se trouve à deux pas du logement ! De la place pour se garer si vous venez avec votre voiture ! Hôte très agréable et surtout très réactif ! Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendront ! Merci encore ☺️

Très bel endroit si vous cherchez un peu de tranquillité, la proximité de la gare de train et de très beaux villages autours. Simonetta et son mari sont des hôtes extrêmement accueillants! Je serais restée beaucoup plus longtemps! J’espère revenir un jour! La maison est très propre et il ne manque de rien! Les fleurs du jardin sentent bon et la literie aussi ! Merci beaucoup! Séjour exceptionnel!

Great and quiet place in a residential area. 2 min walk to the supermarkets or a nice playground for children. 5 min walk to the beach. The flat has everything you need for your stay including things for children. There is a nice local bar on the corner of the street where you can enjoy a nice italian breakfast, or some fresh pasta or fresh fish and fruits right around the corner. 5 STARS PLACE. Book this place whilst is still available.

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

Great apartment, and easy to walk to a lot of the neighborhood restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and responded in a timely manner!

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

The place is situated at a wonderful spot in Rome , close to everything that you want to see and very walkable. The place is quite small but nevertheless a beautiful living room with beautiful views. The second bedroom does not have a cupboard which was a bit challenging. But still a awesome and wonderful stay.

Absolutely perfect! Our stay at Paola’s place was amazing. Communication was smooth and friendly from the start. The apartment is incredibly well-equipped, it truly has everything you could wish for. Logement conforme au descriptif. Très spacieux, moderne et tout service. Idéalement placé, avec la gare à proximité et multiples services et commerces. Hôtes réactif aux messages. Seul bémol, personne sensible aux bruits, peut-être s'abstenir. Isolation faible : tous les bruits du voisinage sont assez présents (aboiements chien, personne en talon tous les soirs jusqu'à 1h du matin...). C'est le seul point négatif! Très bon séjour! Merci!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Well located, spacious modern decor penthouse apartment with large upper level terrace and city views. Ideal for a family with children as it’s right by Ottaviano stop Metro A line to easily get around the city. Two double bedrooms with aircon throughout. It’s the owners home place but his personal items are stored away. We stayed for Jubilee 2025 events at the Vatican and it was ideal to be walking distance but away from the busy crowds. The host was excellent and we couldn’t fault the experience in any way. He kindly went out of his way to sort our Airport transfers and gave helpful tips too. Local places to eat, small mini market near by even a McDonalds opposite! For Vatican or general city break it’s a convenient home-from-home base.

Soggiorno impeccabile grazie alla disponibilità di Manuel e dei suoi co-host. Il check-in è favoloso, permette totale libertà di movimento ed indipendenza. L’appartamento è in posizione strategica nella zona più nuova e commerciale dell’Europarco di Roma sud. Nonostante questo è molto silenzioso. Stanze da letto, cucina e bagni ampi. Nella zona sicuramente una delle soluzioni migliori che sono disponibili

We were welcomed by Paola on arrival. She was very good at showing us around the Apartment and explaining how the various appliances worked. The breakfast goodies and items left in the fridge were a nice surprise. It was very easy to get there from Rome Airport and the metro was only a short walk away and very easy to get to the sightseeing attractions. Would highly recommend this apartment and would have no hesitation staying there again. A very pleasant stay, thank you Paola

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Muy lindo departamento con todo lo que necesitas sona muy tranquila

Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Logement idéalement situé, tous les centres d'intérêt sont accessibles à pied en moins de 30 minutes. Il y a plein de petites ruelles pavées authentiques, où règne une ambiance romaine. Le logement est calme et très sécurisé. La baignoire à bulles après la journée à marcher est un plus agréable. Je recommande sans problème.
