Located on the east side of Santa Cruz on a quiet street with beach access at the end of the street. Walking distance to Harbor and beaches. A 5 min. drive to the boardwalk (check out my Guidebook for more details on dining, entertainment, etc.). Great Home! Great Beach! Great location!

Nice neighborhood. We looked for some time before we found just the right place in the right location. You can walk over the pedestrian bridge to the Boardwalk, walk the other way to the harbor, or walk outside and see the beach an easy block and a half away.
