Just bring your swimsuit—we’ll handle the rest with beach chairs, towels, and a cooler included! Cottage is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, screened porch and deck for grilling. Linens are provided with washer/dryer in home. Each bedroom has attached private bath for privacy. Beach is 10 minute walk over the nature bridge behind the Rec center. If you want to drive to beach- .5 miles to 40th street public access. This property is perfect for a small family or 2 couples to share. NO PETS. NO SMOKING PLEASE
