Our family stayed at this condo for almost a week in June, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and a Mall. The building was secure and quiet, and check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host. I’d definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. I stayed for a month in this 1BR condo and had a fantastic experience. The place was super comfortable, with a great view that I never got tired of. The quiet neighborhood adds to the charm, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Marylou herself is a true gem. Warm, welcoming, and full of that "cool mom" vibe we’ve come to love. She always greets me and my wife with genuine laughter and joy, and her communication is top-notch—detailed, prompt, and thoughtful. What more could you ask for? A fantastic place and an amazing host. Definitely a 10/10 experience. No wonder we’ve booked here three times already—and it certainly won’t be the last. This is our go-to spot whenever we need a quick escape from reality. Highly recommended!

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fast internet and Netflix access, and even our small dogs had a great time exploring the space. Gustavo moved me to the unit downstairs providing some compensation. Overall, it's a well-maintained tiny house in a typical super-messy-but-colorful densely-built low-income area of Manila. If you're prepared for this environment, it provides for a very interesting stay. The place is difficult to locate, but kids in the area around the house respond to mentioning Gustavo's name.

Ms. Suzi was very responsive to all my questions before booking and check-in, which made the whole process smooth and easy. My friend and I arrived a bit earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The location is a bit remote, but it’s very peaceful—perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind. Just be sure to bring all the essentials you’ll need for your stay. The house comfortably sleeps 16 people, and it was just the right size for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the rooms were cool and comfortable—great for a good night’s rest. We were well-assisted throughout our stay, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Asraya! the place is cozy enough for group of 15 pax and above and the amenities are just what we needed. Perfect for a short getaway!

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Had a great stay. The host is very responsive to messages. Didn't checked before booking and was surprised that the place is developed by DMCI and upon knowing I know it'll be a good building complex, i like DMCI developments :) The sticky notes on key places and appliances are extremely helpful - should be a must to all Airbnb listings. Key electronic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, tv, wifi, aircon, etc. are available. The toilet papers, fresh towels and free drinking water is a plus. A quiet and peaceful place in my opinion. Also, it's great that there are nearby fast food resto, a convenience store and coffee and milk tea shops. The view from the balcony is just WOW! Would book the place again in the future just because of the balcony and the view from it :D It's a big factor that you can check-in here anytime before the usual 2 or 3pm check-in time (depending if there's no prior booking or if they can accommodate) free of charge.

Jon was very responsive. The place was neat and organized and every corner has simple instructions. I love how it feels cool as soon as I got into the unit too. Will definitely book again next time I needed to go back to BGC for business trip.
