Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood with increadible views of the ocean. Home is well-stocked, including fully-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location for our three favorite beaches---Friar's Bay, Anse Marcel, and Orient! Linda and Gilles and their entire team were very responsive when minor issues arose. We enjoyed our trip very much!

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

Absolutely loved our stay. The view is beautiful and can be throughly enjoyed with outdoor set up (pool, loungers, table etc) We loved how the patio doors fully opened and tucked away creating an amazing indoor/outdoor living space. The beds were firm (but amazingly comfortable) although they could use some more pillow options. They were all very thick and hard. AC in the bedrooms worked well and the pool was clean. Check in was easy. Our host answered any and all questions quickly. We have been to sxm many many times and Anse Marcel has been our favorite area thus far. Beautiful area, Beautiful beach. We would absolutely return here.

Really pleasant house to stay in. There is a lot of space in the house, and it's well decorated and maintained. The pool area is thoughtfully landscaped, with flowering aloe that attracts hummingbirds, among other cool plants and trees, like a calabash tree. Great view of the harbor. There is a commercial port directly below the house, but it was not noisy or a bother at all. If you need a house this size on Saint Martin, it's pretty hard to beat the value of this option.

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in Cole Bay. The home is in a quiet, secure neighbourhood and is comfortable and had everything we needed. We had coffee and breakfast at the house every morning and then headed out to a different beach each day, and then headed home for supper cooked at the house with supplies we picked up on the way home. Grocery stores are close by and are well stocked with everything we wanted. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset every evening, along with being able to see the planes taking off and landing. Our hosts were kind, helpful and responsive within minutes to anything we needed.

I really recommend this home for a stay in St. Martin. My driver had little trouble locating it because of the direction we took but that was resolved quickly. Very clean, comfortable, had everything I needed & more. From laundry, to dishes, to beach supplies. It's in the perfect location in Maho. I felt @ home. I'd stay here again! What ever questions or concerns I had Mario & his team responded quickly. Only con I will add is the king bed (master) is 2 twin mattresses... I kept falling between the mattresses which was annoying, along with my shower not having hot water after midnight. But the other shower was fine.

Breathtaking view on the ocean, private pool for yourself is a + beds are very comfortable and clean, however the bathroom would have needed more cleaning before we arrived. The whole hosting team is responsive and ready to assist for any question, easy parking, close to a quick drive to services, restaurants and Pinel island ferry.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house was well appointed and centrally located. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Truly a dream stay with an incredible ocean view. We had the most incredible experience staying at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panorama, crystal-clear waters. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway by the sea, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

Vila Cecilia was a beautiful piece of paradise. We loved it so much we opted to walk to the local French market and cook most days so we could watch the sunset over the bay on the back patio. Everything was clean, host was super responsive and had many lovely touches with our arrivals such as tea and water. Would highly recommend.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

L'appartement de Véronique est impeccable, l'ameublement, la literie, les meubles et les électro-ménagers sont de très bonnes qualité. Il est très bien situé à Cul de Sac, toutes les plages du coin sont à proximité. J'ai passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement, je le recommande très fortement sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Delphine et Agnès qui sont très agréables et de très bons conseils. Le logement est parfait, très propre, bien équipé, un écrin de verdure en connexion avec la nature, très bien situé sur l'île. La définition parfaite de la douceur de vivre.
