Completely renovated, 5 minutes from the city center, in a quiet subdivision welcomes you alone, as a couple, for professional reasons or with family (up to 4 beds). Fully equipped accommodation (Kitchen, TV, Internet, bed linen, towels, coffee maker...) all in a modern and cozy atmosphere. Your arrival will be autonomous thanks to the secure lockbox.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

The architecture combines old stones and contemporary style. Very bright, these cottages offer beautiful views of nature. Located 8 minutes from Château-Gontier, this magnificent building can accommodate up to 15 people.

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. Bright 30 m2 basement accommodation, including an entrance, bedroom, bathroom/toilet, fitted kitchen and private outdoor area. Quiet accommodation located 500 m from the river, 300 m from shops and about a 15-minute walk from the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Sheets and towels are provided.
