Cabin vacation rentals in Marietta

This is absolutely amazing place to stay and relax. I highly recommend this place if you would like to visit and have peace and quiet. Loved our stay and Stacy was so kind.

It was a spur of the moment idea for my wife and I to get away to the river a few days. We reserved on a Saturday evening. Response was immediate. Less than 48 hours later on a cold and windy Monday at 3pm we arrived. We were greeted by the really neat electric fireplace already running making it warm and comfortable. It was a great time, the place is very peaceful and private. We felt right at home. The cabin is clean and comfortable. Very unique and cool feature is the huge boulder that is outback. The rock is a great background for photos. It is way bigger in person than in the pictures. The wifi worked out great. My wife works remotely and it worked flawlessly the entire stay. She enjoyed working from the kitchen table and opening the blinds for the river view. We plan to come back here this summer when the water warms up, to do some fishing.

A great little cabin in the woods in Amish country. It’s the perfect distance away from anything you need, and the cabin is extremely peaceful at night. The cabin clearly has care put into it, and it’s a great place if you want to get away from normal life and internet for a few days in some beautiful rolling hills

My husband, 3 children and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Karen is a wonderful, gracious host and truly goes above and beyond. She stopped by and made sure we knew where everything was and answered any questions we had! She made sure the kids had plenty of toys/books and even left them some snacks, making sure what we allowed our children to have first. It was a no screen weekend for us, and no cell signal made it all the better!! We hiked around her stunning property, watched the sunset over the icy pond, built a few fires and cooked dinner over them each night. We cannot wait to come back this summer! We made a weekend filled with core memories for our kiddos and wonderful memories for us. Thank you so much Karen, can’t wait to come back!

Be sure to have 4WD as explained in the description. The driveway is very steep but doable with 4WD. I would highly recommend!

Nina’s place was perfect for our visit - comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was proactive in sending information and flexible since my party needed a later check-out. Would stay again and would recommend!

This is my second time at the near/far cabin and the stay was just as lovely as the first time. I like the simplicity and practicality of the cabin, how the owners show their conscientiousness and care for the land and the earth. It's the perfect place for people who love quietude and don't mind simple yet tasteful, colorful furnishings.

The cabin was great for our stay. We spent most of the time hiking outdoors which the cabin is located close to many trails. You could also hike right from the cabin if you wanted to. It is close to multiple covered bridges. The cabin had everything we needed. We did bring our own drinking water. The river behind the house is very cool to look at and listen to. Aaron was great asking if we needed anything or had any questions. The Wi-Fi was amazing. Super fast and no issues at all streaming shows and movies.

This place was an amazing getaway for my family and the river was beautiful. We would love to go back during the summer.

I enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back! Communication with Celesta was a breeze. She was so very responsive and kind. The place was beautiful, clean, and so cozy. There's another cabin on the property but even in the winter you can't see it from this one, so it feels private and peaceful. The area is amazing. Palmer's Market is a short drive and has so many amazing things. Triple Nickel Diner had our business a few times, too! Athens is about a 30 minute drive with shops, restaurants, trails, you name it! Don't pass this place up. I can't wait to come back.

Convenient location for our family get together in nearby Vincent. Very peaceful setting. Make sure you check-in while it is light out, as it is hard to find in the dark (we drove by it a few times).

Our stay couldn't have been better. My top priority is cleanliness and it was spotless. It was comfy, cozy and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to take our adult children on a weekend getaway so that we could relax and reconnect. We loved watching the sunrise over the river as we sipped our morning coffee on the deck. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful scenery as they were fishing from the dock. If I could sum up our stay in one word, it would be "Peaceful." We will definitely be returning for more family weekends.
