The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. In the surrounding area you can (cycle) hike and swim in lakes.

There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The cottage stands in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The furnishings are basic. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, refrigerator and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located just next to the entrance. In the living area, there is a sofa, which is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. Via the staircase you enter the sleeping floor.
