The comfortable non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. Here you will find ideal conditions for an overnight stay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. There is a reading and play corner in the hallway. Long-term stays can be requested individually.

A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Our guest apartment 5 - Oschersleben is located directly on the edge of the forest, called Hohes Holz. Suitable for families who love nature. The village of Neindorf is 5 km away from Oschersleben, where the Motorsport Arena is also located. In the village itself there is a village pitcher with homemade beer and grill specialties. There is also a hospital in town with bakery, coffee and small snack. The Harz excursion destination has been reached in a short time.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, this is the place to be! You can relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Escape everyday life and enjoy a break in nature at Haus am Elm. Our cozy 35 m² log cabin, surrounded by a spacious garden, is the ideal retreat for nature lovers. Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.

Direkt auf dem Hof befindet sich unsere Gästewohnung Lark. Eine Unterkunft, die Ihr ganz für Euch allein habt. Hier könnt Ihr zu zweit, zu dritt oder zu viert übernachten. Bett drei und vier befinden sich in der Dachspitze, die über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen ist. Kinderschutztüren sind vorhanden. Ein Grillplatz mit Terrasse und Veranda stehen zur Verfügung.
