We had a great time for our stay at Imran’s property. It was simple to get to, easy to get in, lined up perfectly with photos and write ups, and aside from that, it’s a new, gorgeous house with lots to entertain adults and kids. Our hosts were responsive and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend both the house and the hosts. Thank you!

The property is absolutely beautiful, there are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy my morning coffee, taking the views of the San Tan mountains. It’s extremely close to hiking trails, and there’s plenty of amenities, a short drive away

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

The place was a 10/10!! The pictures are beautiful, but it's even more beautiful in person that the pictures don't even do it justice😩😮‍💨 The blinds and AC were easy to figure out, clear instructions, and the house is BEAUTIFUL, best vacation home for sure and was worth the price paid for it! This home was absolutely at the top of the list of the best homes we have used on Air BnB. Truly not a single detail was missed. The kitchen was stocked beyond what we could have imagined, the rooms were comfortable, everything was accessible and easy to use. It felt like walking into your own home. Every single detail was considered, from beach towels and floaties for little children to seating for everyone, the well stocked kitchen and the consideration that someone may need more towels, blankets, or pillows. Truly I can not say enough about the home but above all, the host was amazing to work with. We requested an early check in and it was accommodated without question, communication was better than I have ever experienced, and her welcoming nature just made us all feel right at home.

Our stay at Marcie’s place was great! The house was very clean and well organized. Marcie was a great host and communicated well, overall we had an amazing time!

Julie's home was so Welcoming. When you walked through the door you immediately felt like you were home. Wonderful bright windows, very comfortable seating out on the patio, well stocked kitchen and such clean bathrooms. The amenities were beyond what we expected. We didn't get to enjoy the surroundings as we would have liked since we were there for a family wedding near by. Julie should get a 10 star rating for all the care and comforts that she provides for her guests.

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

Third time here, third unit, ALL AMAZING! I’ve been staying in these units since 2019 every time I come to a Phoenix. They are the best! Conveniently located, immaculate, and awesomely designed/decorated. Every time I come I make sure to get one of Derek’s units. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Our stay at Callista’s place was wonderful from start to finish. The home was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. But what really stood out was Callista’s kindness and integrity. I accidentally left my wallet behind after checkout, and she went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to me. That level of honesty and care is rare, and it meant so much to me. This offering is the perfect place for a short visit or long term stay in Mesa! Our rental was for long term - 4 months - so we really had the chance to enjoy the home, the surrounding area, and the host's great service. From the time we first interacted with Paul to the time when we turned in the keys, it was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The home was well appointed with everything needed for a long-term stay, exceptionally clean and in good repair, and the location was excellent. The host was very responsive, friendly, and attentive to any request we made. We felt like royalty! I would not hesitate renting from Paul again in the future and feel like we have a second home now in Mesa. Beautiful experience - thank you, Paul!

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

I really enjoyed staying at this location. The host Ryan is very responsive. I really appreciate that the kitchen is fully stocked and that there is a washer and dryer. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to put my things. The refrigerator is decently sized. I only had one very small issue with the refrigerator shelf, when opening the door for the first time. I messaged Ryan and he was kind and responsive. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this location. I love that we have access to the pool and that the entire location is very peaceful. I had very little issues finding it having two different parking spaces to park really helps. I do like that the front door has a gated door in front of it so that if I want to leave the front door open, I can have the other door closed, but the fresh air can come in when it’s cooler at night for a little bit. It’s a beautiful place.

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

This home is in a peaceful area and has a magnificent view of the mountain. We loved playing in and relaxing by the pool during the day and sitting outside watching the mountain change colors as the sun went down. The host left snacks and wine and stuff for breakfast! So thoughtful! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!

Our stay at Pinny and Ushey’s place was great. The home is exactly as listed, very clean, welcoming, and with amenities that make it enjoyable to stay in, which is what we did in one of our days while staying there. The area is quiet and private which certainly added to our peace of mind. Our experience was smooth from check in to check out and Pinny & Ushey were always responsive. Our group was visiting Scottsdale for a bachelor party and this house had the perfect balance of providing relaxation in the mornings hanging by the pool and hot tub, enough beds for each person to have their own, and a reasonable price. The location was also great for going out at night. Whether it be to Scottsdale quarter for dinner, Old Town for night life, or Cave Creek for bull riding, you’re sure to have a great time just a short drive/uber away.
