Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

Great location - beautiful view for a run, lots of restaurants, supermarket and shopping nearby. The apartment matched the description, it was clean and organized. We received good instructions for checkin and checkout.

Carlos was a lovely host. He was immediately responsive whenever we messaged him. He was very gracious when it came to offering taking care of our luggage before check-in and after check-out for those of us arriving early/leaving late. We stayed during Carnaval season and had a group of 8. We were very comfortable and felt very safe in Copacabana! 100% I would recommend Carlos and his AirBnB to anyone visiting Rio. Thank you so much for having us!

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

Perfect place close to the beach and amazing restaurants! Clean, quiet and cozy!

We are completely in love with the site and the house! Super house complete with everything we needed. Comfortable and clean rooms. Complete kitchen. We spent days of peace, wonderful in the middle of the carnival with great tranquility. Casa lives up to the name: directly on the beach. Wonderful view by day and night. We felt at home. I only have compliments on this accommodation, it was difficult even to leave so much that we like. Congratulations Monica can be sure we will be back more often!

My family and I adore the house, faithfully as it is in the photos. We traveled in a group of 14 people and the house accommodated everyone with convenience! The grounds and the house are very large! José is super good and friendly people and the sound of the waves is certainly a plus! The beach is exactly 20 steps from the house, a feather the sea is so agitated. Soon, we would definitely return to another opportunity to enjoy a few days at this listing.

The house is very good, with a wonderful pool. It's a beautiful and well-kept place, it had everything I needed. Clean roofs and towels. Spacious and tidy rooms. On the next street there is a mini bakery for quick things, and it is close to the Center where there are several shops (going by car). I really enjoyed the days I stayed.

Casa de frente p Lagoa, with a beautiful view! Very quiet place, close to the square with bike path, piggy for children and sand courts. It was a very nice stay for my family. Host Vanessa always responded quickly and kindly to what we needed. We'll be back for sure.

Since the first contact Jussara was totally cordial and proactive, in doubt and in any assistance. impeccable property, strictly family, super comfortable, the air conditioning and fans at our disposal for a rest after a wonderful day satisfied us immensely, not counting on the impeccable bath and bed linen. We had all the support in the kitchen and on the aerial of the barbecue which is in front of the pool outside the pamps for the children. about the access to the house we have a bus stop in front of the same then red available without needing to take the car out of the garage, grocery, bakery, cafeteria at 5 min walking, outside the Lagomar that we have available on the beach of the cordeirinho in front of the house.. summing up Ju you are looking at the time to return.

Everything very perfect, the house has a great structure, everything in great condition. Very nice pool and the house was practically already on the sand of the beach. The place is only a little away from the big market, but nothing that gets in the way. Very helpful hosts responded quickly and always willing to help. Everything was perfect!

Me and my family loved the place! Everything was perfect and wonderful. What amazing days and nights with a movie ticket. Super recommended! We'll be back soon!

Julie’s place is amazing! A gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location, only minutes from the beach and many restaurants and cafes. The view of the ocean and the two brothers from the roof terrace is simply fantastic. We ate breakfast on the terrace every morning and watched the waves in the distance and the birds soaring overhead. The apartment itself is wonderfully cosy and bright and filled with plants and lovely mementos from Julie’s travels, which made it a very relaxing place to spend our evenings. My husband and I and two friends stayed at Julie’s place for five days and it was the perfect size for four people. Julie is a wonderful host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I really can’t recommend her place enough. If I could give Julie and her place 10 stars I would. I will be planning my next trip to Rio around when her place is available.

Corrou all very well. The host Pedro, a very good person, gave all the instructions about the location and tips of the region (tours, food, shopping...). It would come again for sure.

The apartment is just as you can see in photos, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and a mini fridge. The bedroom is spacious, illuminated and with a very nice view of copacabana. The ceiling fan and air work properly, which is important for hot days. Marilene was flexible with check-in and out times and was very quick to respond to our messages. Thank you very much for having us is your apartment!

The experience was great, the description of the apartment is perfect, the location is very good for walks, market, bars and restaurants, near the beach, quiet nights of sleep. We did not have the honor of meeting the hostess in person but the apartment gives signs to be a good person.

The building was very accessible and located as stated and shown. It gave me access to Ave. Atlantica and the beach as well as the urban streets of Copacabana. It was well maintained. The water filter was a huge plus for those of us who are not from Brazil.
