I just loved my stay at this Studio! The space is super clean, well organized and tastefully decorated — every detail demonstrates the care and affection that the host had when receiving us. The leisure area is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weekend. Wonderful stay! The house is charming, spacious and comfortable. The beds and sofas are cozy, the kitchen and barbecue are very well equipped — we didn't miss anything. The outdoor area is delightful, with a great-sized, clean pool and a perfect lawn for kids to play on. The location is also excellent, close to several shops. The host, Rodrigo, was amazing: super friendly, polite, attentive and flexible. We have nothing but praise — both for the house and for Rodrigo!

Great location and easy access. The house is more beautiful in person than in the photos (in the photos it is already wonderful). Everything is very clean, comfortable and smells good! Plus, they accept pets. The hostess, Zane, is extremely attentive and kind! We loved everything! We hope to be back soon!

I spent the Carnival holiday with my family. Spacious backyard, ideal for those with a pet. Pleasant barbecue area and pool. Comfortable bedrooms and beds. The place is peaceful, perfect for resting.

We really liked the house, it met our needs. We went to an event and just needed a place to spend the night and it met our needs. The house is small and cozy and the place is very quiet. We liked it and will certainly come back more often

the property is excellent for families who want safety and space. Large rooms inside a condo with excellent facilities. local with great ventilation. Pool and barbecue outside the condominium.

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bedding, toiletries in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't feel like an Airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the listing. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay 1 more day in the city and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! And Lorena is a host like I've never seen! Great! Thank you so much for providing such an amazing experience! We always leave with renewed energy!

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Elizandra was attentive and helpful from the first messages, communication was great. The accommodation is simple, but it met my main need, a place to rest after the busy days at an event. The location for me was the most important, I attended UFF every day and felt calm and safe walking to the Campus, both on the way there and back. It was very satisfying and I am grateful for the experience.

I just want to say, as a solo, young, female traveler (who speaks zero portuguese), i felt VERY safe and comfortable here, with the location and with the host. he was extremely helpful and responded fast. the place is the perfect location to walk to bars, restaurants, beaches, and to be picked up from uber right in front (uber comes within 1 minute after ordering!) HIGHLY recommend. the place gives very bachelor vibes, in the best way possible. very high-tech as well, but user-friendly. LOVE rio and will stay here again when i come back!
