Situated on the Atlantic Ocean with sandy beach and fabulous breezes, built in 1991, is very private within its own compound walls. OceanFront House on a total of 180' on the ocean and the house is centered in a half acre of land. Tiled floors and Brasilian wood throughout. Living and dining areas and two bedrooms have ocean views. Has a Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area, in addition to three bedrooms with air conditioners, and bath with hot shower. All bedrooms have new double beds. In the courtyard where the pool is located there is a covered grilling area great for entertaining. There is outdoor tables and chairs to accommodate 2-6 people. There's a bath and shower next to the pool. The second floor is not available for use. Marica is a sleepy little coastal town just 60 min from the heart of Rio de Janeiro. Offering the best of both worlds, it provides residents with the tranquility of a small fishing village and also easy access to Brasil's second largest city an hour away. An excellent location for those looking for a quiet and friendly "home away from home". Enjoy the calm serenity of the areas numerous lakes, the grand beauty of it's miles of open ocean beaches or trek into the nearby mountains to spend the day lounging in the natural pools of the local water falls and exploring the miles or trails. Within 2 hours is Buzios, the quaint seaside town made famous by Bridget Bardot who visited there in the 70's to escape her fans. For those who like peaceful surroundings, my beach home at Guaratiba which is located just 15 minutes from the town of Marica, is the perfect place to Relax and unwind. Within walking or a short drive, there are small cafes, grocery stores, a fresh vegetable market and bakery.

The cozy suite is a simple, quiet and welcoming space, a few steps from the beach, close to the center, located between Praça da 70, Rua 1 and Barroco. From the bedroom you have a view of the starry sky at night and the daylight coming in. It has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is comfortable, with an electric shower. The patio is nice for relaxing, bathing in the shower, also perfect for camping, with an outdoor kitchen, toilet and shower. The kitchen is functional with the basics that serve the day to day.

Bring the whole family to this beautiful, stylish home with plenty of room to have fun. Super comfortable, airy house, 300 meters from the beach, close to all shops. The house is completely independent, has 3 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite with air-conditioning, all bedrooms with a double bed, ceiling fan, one of the bedrooms also has a double sofa bed and an extra bed, we also have single mattresses. We have an outdoor area with a swimming pool, a barbecue with an oven and a wood stove.
