Great quiet place to relax, unwind, and stay in contact with nature.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

This is a nice apartment overlooking the park in the Chacarita neighborhood. It's on the 6th floor above Av Corrientes - a busy boulevard with many buses. That makes it easy to get around the city (the A line subway is nearby and lots of bus routes) and a little noisy with the windows open. It's part of the big city... The kitchen was good for cooking some meals. There was usually a nice cross breeze in the apartment. it was nice to have AC in the LR and BR when it was hot out. A nice place to stay and Janu was responsive.

we arrived on a trip very late but Andrés was available by message and attentive in everything. Very nice room and environment.

I had a perfect stay with Pilar. The apartment has got everything you need for a shorter or a longer stay. Clean, nice smart tv with Chromecast and a lovely place in general. Great roof top pool. Pilar was an excellent host checking in with me every once in a while. Would come back!

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Although we didn't have the best weather, we had a great time. We enjoyed the house, which is beautiful and has many special details. And on the last day we enjoyed it to the fullest. Nicolas was very flexible with the schedules. The place has a lot of greenery and is very peaceful. I would definitely come back!
