Very nice place right on the beach. Me and my family had a great time and loved our stay. Would definitely come back to stay again. Also David was very responsive and helpful.

great location. nice and clean. had everything you wanted. 5 minutes to the beautiful beach. place to wash off your feet or toys at the access gate. very close to St Andrews State Park(great park w/ awesome beach. very close to Panama city, which has great restaurants. there was a water break in the city, so had no water for a few days. the owners notified me and kept me updated. their communication was wonderful. pool was very nice. just a nice place. I usually stay at condos near Pier Park, but this has changed my mind. I really enjoyed the smaller condo. I like this end of PCB. I highly recommend this condo.

Excellent Airbnb in every aspect. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness and attention to detail throughout the place. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The cargo lift was a huge help, especially since I had a couple of suitcases and several boxes to move in and out. The appliances and other items were all high quality. The location is great—quiet and peaceful. Larry is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Communication with Joseph was just wonderful. The apartment was just as described. Felt like home and had absolutely everything we needed. Pool was wonderful and the beach was just a 5 minute walk. I hope to go back sometime.

I have a Great Dane and Mark went above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfect, and the guest next door Steve and his girlfriend were great neighbors. Hoping to be back next year. Rick and Pearl.

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

The place was quiet, safe, and secluded surroundings. I was left to be at my leisure, not bothered but I knew she was right next door if I needed anything. Loved it!! I traveled alone and not a young woman. Exactly what I was looking for. Small but cozy. Her personal touches made it feel like I was home and could put my feet up. Don't hesitate to stay here. I will be booking again when I visit family.

I would rent Doug's place again! He was very accommodating to a change in my dates very last minute; check out instructions were simple and easy to quickly follow. I appreciated that there wasn't a cluttering of decor obstructing my using the spaces for placing my things. I appreciated having not only overhead lighting but also bedside lighting. Though I didn't cook in the kitchen, it was well stocked for eating. Truly a clean, fresh place.

SPECIAL Thanks to JENN! I am deployed to Tallahassee for work and Jenns's place made me feel comfortable, safe at home, and relaxed after a 10hr work day. The home is just as pictured. My furbaby enjoyed the private fenced backyard. And there's a safe walking path right across the street; which I loved! Jenn"s communication is TOP notch. She's very responsive and accommodating. This house was perfect! It had all the listed amenities and more. We love staying in Prominence and this house was the best one we’ve stayed in by far! The host was easy to contact and very friendly and attentive. We will be renting this house again!

we had a wonderful stay at Terrah's place. Could'nt have been easier to check in. The gate and door codes worked perfectly. The a/c was a beast. It kept the condo as cool as we wanted it because it was hot! It was clean and had everything we needed. This was our first experience with Airbnb and this beats a hotel hands down. We felt at home and will do it again. Terrah was fast in responding to my questions and that means a lot. Our stay was again wonderful.

Dmitriy was a great host! It was very easy to communicate with her and I was able to add another day with no complications. The unit is just as beautiful as the pictures! It was peaceful, cozy, and I would love to visit again!

Had a great stay at Joey and Aprils place. The condo was clean and in a great area. The beach is only a few minutes walk and there are also some restaurants/shops that are a short walk/bike ride away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

Mimi's condo was perfect for our family of four with two teen boys. The condo was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the view was gorgeous, everything was perfect. Mimi responded immediately when I had any questions and provided amenities like beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. My family loved the condo 🤍

The photos of Ada’s house didn’t do it any justice. It was very nice and clean and the neighborhood was very nice.

We loved the condo! It was the perfect size for 2 people. The view was great from the balcony and the walk to the beach was easy.
