Located on Beautiful Bay Point. Only a few minute boat ride to Shell Island. St Andrew’s State Park is directly across the bay & a short car ride to the beautiful beach & Alligator Lake. Th Beautiful Pool w outdoor kitchens & Fire Pit. The Boardwalk has pontoons & other rentals directly behind the condo. New Paint, Carpet, Blinds & Furnishings. Beach/Pool Caddy, chairs, coolers, reusable plastic dishes, beach towels & pool and beach games. The beach’s stuff is,located throughout the condo.

Guesthouse & Pool

This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Ideally situated on the heart of Lake Seminole, The Q’Whack Shack is a water enthusiasts dream hideaway. Enjoy boating, angling, an array of watersports (skiing, tubing, etc.), grade-A bass fishing and duck hunting with convenient private dock access just steps from the back door. Waterfront restaurants and other provisions just a quick boat/car ride away.

This is our house we have been remodeling and use as our own little getaway on date night, it’s far from upscale fancy, but it is cozy and with a soak in the hot tub can even be romantic. The cottage is 2 miles north of Cottonwood and is just under 10 miles to The Ross Clark Circle in Dothan. Dothan has a lot to do…..shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also, the cottage is only a few miles from the Florida line and the Georgia line if you’re going there for something fun! WiFi is fast so working from the cottage is easy as well!

No pets! This brand new build is fully fenced in with a fire-pit, grill, and screened-in patio. Egyptian cotton sheets, blankets, towels and cleaned to highest standard! Get away from it all and come experience true feel of Relaxation. The house is located close to all the beaches, state parks, restaurants, and springs. We specifically designed and built these for Airbnb travelers to enjoy their own privacy. House has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and full size day bed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Paddle the lake in one of our two canoes or fish from our backyard dock. If you're in the mood for exploration, take a drive and discover the many springs in the panhandle.

Claire’s Cottage with privacy gate

Everything you need in a quaint, modern space located on 7 secluded acres with a privacy gate only minutes from the Ross Clark Circle and downtown, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with YouTube TV subscription included (over 70 channels), brand new fridge, spacious rooms. Washer and dryer available. We allow pets on a case by case basis and charge a one time $10 fee per pet upon guests arrival. We also offer EV level 2 charging (40 amp) for a flat $10 fee.
