I'm giving this place a 5 star rating. Photos matched actual description and location is excellent. You have a nearby mall and drug store. Directions given were clear. The place is clean and glad that host is accommodating of our request on one hr extension for check out. Towels and toilet papers are provided, kitchen is suitable also for light cooking. Airconditioning is good. Overall - money paid is worth the place. Highly recommended. :)

One of the best places to stay at the metro when you are vacationing, studying or even just plain stacationing. The host was very accommodating on our requests and guided us thoroughly on the do's and dont's in their place. The place was very cozy. Everything that we needed was provided for us. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Mataki ! The location is perfect, just a short walk from great restaurants and local spots. The view from the pool is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. We also loved the variety of nearby activities, from nightlife to cultural visits. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet engaging getaway !

The place was cozy and spacious for 2 people. Restaurants and convenience stores are also very accessible. Smart Araneta is also indeed near the place. What I also like about the place is that checkin was flexible and easy. The host was also responsive and replies for queries right away. Will definitely book the place next time!

I booked the place for mother’s day staycation for my mom and granma. Kudos to Shai for being responsive despite our time difference. She provided complete information about inquiries. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great decision since we have a busy week in the metro and needed a place where we can rest and relax after the whole day. We love how systematic and accurate the instructions were and check-in was smooth and quick even parking and pool usage since we communicated it with them before we checked in as instructed. Everything in the description of the listing was there and it's also a plus that they have premium accounts ready for most of the viewing sites (Netflix, Max, Disney, & Prime) My husband enjoyed playing PS4 after his long day of work. It's not a hassle to get food even though they only allow minor cooking (boiling, cooking eggs, and minor food) since there are a lot of restaurants around, and Fame Mall is the most convenient factor here. We also love how responsive and accommodating Gio and Ken are. We feel so at ease during our stay. We'll definitely book with them on our next stay in Ortigas!

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

the unit it self is really nice each room have ac . nice and quiet. spacious! bed are so comfortable linen are nice clean . smells nice and soft . and towels. lots of shops around. and Robinson mall just 5 minutes walk. I love the big TV. and the view from the window the pasig river just stunning. just need Lundy room washing machine. yes I would recommend this place .and definitely would stay again.

Very Accommodating! No hassle and easy to communicate w instructions and such. The place is peaceful and fun (free parking is +1). Would go back again next time!
