The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The penthouse was what I expected and more! It accommodated all of us comfortably. Everything advertised was there. The air conditioning was ample. The location was great - all kinds of restaurants, shops and groceries were available and within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

I highly enjoyed my stay. The design is really outstanding and the sunset view was spectacular. Big tv - check, washer and dryer - check, dyson vacuum and dyson hairdryer -check, fast wifi - check! And Danilo is my favorite host, so helpful and responsive! Thank you! ❤️❤️

This place is 10/10. Extremely clean Location is right across Greenbelt The building def feels very safe, securities were very vigiland who comes in and out of the building. The bed is very comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped. Jules is very responsive whenever help is needed. Highly recommended if you’re in Manila.

My boyfriend and I book Airbnb stays every month, and this has been our best experience so far! Jennifer is an outstanding host, accommodating and responsive, even weeks before our stay. She made sure we were comfortable, even offering us a free ride to the unit. The place was amazing. The aircon was top-notch cold enough to make us sleep like babies! The kitchen had all utensils and condiments (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper), super convenient if you plan on cooking! The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries… felt like home. We wish we could've stayed longer. A couple of minor things to note: the soundbar partially blocks the TV sensor, so you'll need to get up to use the remote. Also, the TV isn't centered directly in front of the bed (in case that matters to you). But these are just small details that didn't take away from the overall experience. Check with Jenny about extended check-out, she's super accommodating. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 💯

My girlfriend and I have tried multiple bnbs and this one really stood out in terms of price and space. Kitchen are complete for cooking, albeit small, it served its function well. Beddings are fresh and we were provided with multiple pillows, clean sheets and linens. Gin also allowed our request for early check-in without any additional charges. We will definitely be back if our schedule matches the availability :) Thanks Gin for your home!

Rose was a fantastic host. She made all the necessary arrangements to ensure our check-in was possible even after midnight. The apartment itself is very clean and offers anything you're looking for. You can feel at home very easily!

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

This was my second stay here, and once again, it did not disappoint. The property offers excellent value for money, was well-maintained and comfortable, and the host was highly responsive. I will definitely book again in the future.

The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

I've been booking my stay in manila with this host since 2023 and i should say they have the best units! the host was very responsive and friendly. and i also want to thank you for the flexible time of check out,really appreciate it. will definitely book with this host again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
