We had a very great staycation at Tin’s Place. When I arrived at the unit, my first Impression was “wow, so fresh!” the scent was refreshing that I want it also in my bedroom at home. 😊 Her unit was pristine and quite rustic chic that calms your mood and make you want to stay longer. What you see in the photos is what you really get in person. Well maintained unit! 😊 want to book it again in the future, one of the best staycation place yet 🤍😎.

The place was superb. Aside from some mini cockroaches which are harmless, I really had a great stay and will surely book again. Highly recommended.

This studio condo was perfect! The security was excellent, the unit was spotless and well-equipped, and the free Wi-Fi was a huge plus. The location near malls, 7-Eleven, Alfamart, and the LRT was incredibly convenient. But what truly made the stay exceptional was the host – incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The place looks exactly like the photos. It was clean and cozy and had a bright and airy atmosphere. If you’re taking the board exams in the Doña Elena Tower, I’d recommend staying here because it only takes around 15 minutes to get there. Noise wasn’t a problem, and I was able to review at nighttime. The owner was also very responsive and patient when I had questions. I would stay here again for future events.

I had an amazing stay at Caye’s place! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were provided, including some board games and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect – close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet at night. Check-in was seamless, and Caye was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The place gives you best comfortable experience. Highly recommend for staycation if you want to relax and enjoy. Netflix is available too, with fast wifi connection. The view in the balcony is also amazing. Fortunately, we were able to watch with coincidence, some fire works just right before us during the night. The only cons so far, is the attentiveness of the housekeeper, who made us wait for almost 40minutes for check in. The room has is tidy but the odor needs to be taken care of. Everything else went perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

Ms. Guia is a dependable host—she answered all my requests and queries. The place is nice, comfortable, and the whole family had a great time. The space is spacious and fit all ten of us. The internet connection is strong and the place is clean. It’s also accessible to nearby stores. The only thing I didn’t like was the attitude of one of the receptionists at Tower 2. We followed the guidelines to dry off after coming from the pool, but she insisted that we were still wet when we came down. I noticed, however, that the floor was already wet even before we got on the elevator and stepped out. It felt like that’s how she treats people she knows aren’t tenants of the condo. I was a bit offended because she immediately radioed the utility staff as if it was our fault. But overall, we had a great time and we’ll definitely come back.

Stayed at Ms. Desiree’s and Angel’s place for my board exams and their place was the perfect location. Fast wifi, safe, spacious, and clean. It’s near restaurants like Max’s, Pancake House, a korean store and 7-11. The hosts are also very responsive even during 10 pm onwards. They were very helpful and polite. Would definitely return here if I need to stay within the area. Thank you so much for the kind hosts.

The place is amazing and very clean. Everything is very organized and Mr. Ronaldo is very responsive to every inquiry i had during our stay.
