Nathalia is very solicitous and responds quickly. The apartment is very nice, beautiful and extremely clean. There were up to 2 bottles of mineral water in the pantry, bedding, towels, soap and shampoo were also provided. The shower is great and the Ares conditioned freeze well. The building's parking lot is tight, suitable for small cars.

Great apartment, good location, fair value, everything as described in the listing, the only observation is about the garage, which is very narrow, if it is a sedan car it is complicated to maneuver, I left my car in front of the building, quiet neighborhood, I had no problems, but apart from that it is a great rental, I recommend it.
