It has a large kitchen, with an island and all the necessary utensils to prepare an incredible dinner, and a barbecue grill integrated into the environment. 1 external bathroom (pool) and 1 internal bathroom, next to a bedroom with a double bed, plus another bedroom with a double bed, 1 single bed and 1 single mattress Sofa in the living room.

We are renting the top part, which is totally separate from the hosts' house, who live in the bottom part. A safe and discreet place, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the State University of Maringá and the University Hospital, conducive to rest, study and work. Capacity to accommodate up to 6 (six) guests: two double beds (one with an extra bed) and one single bed.
