Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Above the clouds

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. Spend your weekend in our wooden eco-friendly house. The house is made of pine wood, without chemical treatment. Natural linen is used as insulation. Living in such a house will improve your well-being, create an atmosphere for proper sleep. A panoramic view of the mountains creates a special state of closeness to nature during your vacation. The highlight of the house is the scenic hot tub located on the terrace. We fill the tub with clean water from a mountain spring every time

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

Time out in Pustritz

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

Cottage 35 m² + 20 m² terrace with 1600 m² plot

Lots of reason and meadow and a nice place to feel comfortable. Nestled in a quiet location of 1600m2 is the new cottage. In the immediate vicinity is a bike path, a running track, a bike path, the mountains and much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 min away. Shopping is also nearby. There is the possibility to set up a folding bed for 1 child.

Enjoy a unique vacation at 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, wellness and luxury.
