The ski slope is only 150 metres away, and Maria Alm can be reached in five minutes by car. Perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for peace and quiet, mountain views and proximity to sports and leisure activities. The flat is 38 m² in size and has 1.5 rooms. My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.
