My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Great place for a summer or winter vacation. Very nice surroundings with many possibilities. The cottage had everything you need - and more. The tiled stove and fireplace are particularly great for relaxing evenings by the fire. For 2 people + dog also the right size. We'd love to come back!

The house is very cozy and perfect for an outdoor / fitness vacation. The gym is well equipped and the sauna offers the perfect relaxation option. Angelika and Jürgen are super friendly and accommodating, check-in and check-out were smooth and communication very fast and always warm. We especially liked the hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. All in all, definitely highly recommended!

Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days
