Cosy cabin in the Alps

Set at 1,500 meters in Carinthian Nockberge, the Fleissner cabin offers a rustic yet modern retreat. Bordering Carinthia and Salzburgerland, it's immersed in the untouched Biosphärenpark Nockberge, accessible all year. The cabin features a sauna, cosy interiors with a fireplace, 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ski slopes at Katschberg and Sankt Miguel im Lungau (Großeck-Speiereck) are with less than 30 minutes close by. It's a serene spot for enjoying nature's beauty, far from the hectic world!

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntal cycle path, 100 m away from a cozy snack bar, 10 minutes away from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Kaiser Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered upon request. The city of Kufstein (train station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached by bike or city bus in 10 minutes. The large fenced garden invites you to play, barbecue and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

Small cozy cottage near Zell am See!

We rent out our small cottage near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbors (only two other vacation homes nearby!) Simply furnished, one double bedroom, living room with fireplace and two more beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. There's a ladder up! TV + Internet. Small kitchen and simple bathroom! Heating is provided by an automatic pellet stove.

The alpine hut offers a fantastic accommodation in the Salzburg Pinzgau, nestled and surrounded by 🏔 mountains, meadows and forests, the hut🌲 stands alone at about 1000 m. The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is included. From here, you can enjoy many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and numerous excursion destinations with family or friends.
