It is located at the heart of a very picturesque and traditional village, where you will find a taste of the traditional Mexico's charm.

I had a fantastic stay at Norma’s place. The unit is very nice and modern. It has the best equipped kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. If you like to cook meals while you stay you will be very happy here. The view is beautiful and the private terrace is one of the best features. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to centro. It is a steep climb back up but taxis and Ubers are cheap and readily available if you don’t want to walk it. Norma is lovely and a perfect host. Always available but never intrusive and very helpful. She even arranged for a taxi to the airport for me! I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Guanajuato. 5+ stars!

We had trouble getting there (in spite of clear, comprehensive directions), but once we found our quaint and beautiful Guanajuato home-for-three-nights, we began to enjoy its charm and location immediately. It is steps (many of them) away from the main square and University and all the restaurants, activity, vibrancy, and lively music that this old city has to offer. Sitting on the elevated south and west facing terrace with breathtaking views and soaking in the ever changing colours and stunning sunsets was such a pleasure. If you like walking and climbing steps, this is for you.

The place is exactly as pictured but more beautiful in person. The rooftop was great to watch the city at night or have a coffee in pan in the morning. It was close to all the holiday festivities but still tucked away enough you had peace. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a fan cause a few nights there was no wind moving through the house and since it was April it got pretty warm.

I looked at a lot of reviews and I must say, they were extremely accurate. Alex thought of everything. The place was even better than I expected and from the reviews, I expected a lot! The location was in Centro but toward the eastern end which is much more of a bustling Mexican part of town rather than a tourist section. Yet, it was an easy walk to the heart of Centro, where the Zocalo and Theatre is. I loved the hammocks on the big covered terrace overlooking the city. We were so happy to have the pool as well.

This home was beautiful and the location was perfect! Walking distance to any of the important spots to visit in Guanajuato! We were able to walk to the Mercado, Callejón del Beso, and the main plaza Jardin de la Union! Alejandro was an amazing host, very attentive and accommodating. If you are looking for a nice home that is in a great location, this is your best choice!! We will be coming back for sure!!!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever rented! The place is spacious, and even more beautiful than the photos! The sunlight shines through every colored window, not to mention the stunning view. It’s located right in the middle of the central area of Guanajuato so it’s close to everywhere. María Elena is very warm for being so responsive and greeting us in person! She also let us check in a few hours early.
