Great location and views! Nice shower. The electric kettle was perfect for all the tea we drank (we brought our own tea). Great outdoor patios, and great city noise (dogs barking, birds chirping, roosters calling). Noise can carry into the night, but not a problem for us as we sleep with ear plugs. I would stay here again. Also, neighbors dog, Rex, is quiet and too adorable.

Everything's great. The first day they showed us how to get to the room, which was very kind. It is true that you have to climb several steps but I think it is not heavy and it is worth it because it is a quiet place and there is not much noise. The room was very clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful. The best part was Monkiki, the local kitten. He kept us company all the time and he's very nice. We would definitely stay here again, everything was perfect.

Great view of magical Guanajuato! it was wonderful to start a day with a breakfast on the terrace. The short journey to get to the place was easier than than expected, used funicular (mainly for the experience)once during our 3 nights stay. Responsive hosts, couldn’t ask for more

Great accommodation, the photos and description match completely, it is a nice and clean space. The location, although not downtown, is very good and you can get downtown in a 10-minute drive. Pharmacy, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The building and area are safe, easily accessible and quiet, definitely a good place to rest. We arrived in two cars and although there was only space for one in the garage, we left the second car on the street and we didn't have any problems, it's a safe area. Josue was attentive to our arrival and guided us in the best way to get there without any problems. It's definitely a place to stay again.

After 14 years of renting AirBnBs-- and many months of that in Mexico-- I have to nominate Coco, the hostess at this place, as the most accommodating and welcoming I've ever experienced. She not only met me at the apartment and showed me around, she got me in her car and gave me a tour of Guanajuato! She continually kept in touch and wanted to supply anything I needed. Her advice on where to go in town was spot-on. Thanks Coco. As for the apartment, it was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and has a great view! The shower is great (not a given in Mexico) and has TWO water heaters, a solar and an electric backup. The brick ceiling is amazing (how'd they do that?). Keep in mind, this place is a good uphill walk from town. I did it for the exercise, but after dinner, or in the middle-of-the day heat, I often got a taxi (which was usually only 60 or 70 pesos) up the hill. This place is much quieter than the rowdiness in town, but it is also a bit of a hike.

This place was a beautiful place that my wife and I enjoyed staying at while visiting Guanajuato. The place is in a corner of a glorieta (round about) so there is traffic. This didn’t bother us. The place is clean and modern. I highly recommend this place. The host was superb!

This is probably as authentic an experience as you can get in the city. You’re very close to the action but high enough where it’s quiet. Milton is very courteous and helpful, a trustworthy guy. The climb up the steps to this place is a challenge at first but you get used to it, just make sure you follow the directions precisely so you can navigate the alleys. I loved this spot as my introduction to Guanajuato.

Excellent place for one person, with the minimum necessary for a stay of several days. The location is perfect, because in my case it was close to the University and also on foot or by bus you could get to the center very quickly. It is also close to OXXO, Aurrerá, banks and places to go running in the afternoons. Paulina's service was impeccable, always attentive to any needs I had and willing to help. I would definitely consider this place to stay again for study purposes.

Cannot recommend David Hernandez enough. He is very thoughtful and detail-oriented, and sent us an activity calendar for the time during our stay so we'd have some ideas of local events in and around Centro. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

This place is lovely, clean and super safe. There is a tap with DRINKING water in the apartment too, and once you see how hilly this town is, you will understand how valuable and convenient that really is. There is a restaurant two doors down and a market in the plaza two blocks away. The historic district and all the fun is only another couple blocks. The water in the shower is HOT and the WIFI works great. Robert is very communicative and super helpful. Maybe bring your best walking shoes for all the hills and some earplugs to sleep though...because there are traditional Mariachi bands seven days a week here. Guanajuato likes to party! You will LOVE this place. Would vote six stars if I could.

Great stay in Guanajuato! Erika met me when I arrived and was always quick to respond. Also allowed a flexible checkout which was very nice. Internet was solid at 50/50M or better. Kitchen is a little tight but fine for just me. Quiet location aside from the neighbors dogs but they were easily drowned out with the fan. Apartment is at the top of a steep hill so if you have mobility issues that might be an issue. Personally I enjoyed it though. Guanajuato as a town is awesome though, much better than SMA and Querétaro IMO.

Definitely a great place to stay

Karla is a very friendly person, she is on the lookout, very respectful and tolerant, also David is very friendly, very nice place and the photos they show are what you will really find, even in person they are better, the location 10 out of 10, I would return or better said when I return to Gto, I hope to be able to stay again with Karla and also Whisky that looks like a caricature 😊🤭

Everything is very good, the space is enough to rest, and if you go as a family it is much better. The distances to downtown were the best, and if you're a lover of walks and views, you'll love it. I will definitely stay here again!

I went on a trip with my partner and we both agreed that the place was super nice, affordable and well located (of course, it's a little tiring if you're not used to climbing and slopes hahaha). We would definitely stay there again.

We highly recommend staying with Irma while in Guanajuato. Her space is absolutely beautiful and felt like a sanctuary away from the city but still easy to walk to the grocery store and centro. Irma was such a kind host and we already want to come back!
