It is a spacious cottage for 6 people, ideal for enjoying a pleasant vacation with family or friends and taking advantage of the calm and relaxed lifestyle in the countryside. Guests can take advantage of the facilities common to other cottages. Pool with terrace open from May 1st, a smaller one for children (3 x 4 meters), a tennis court, boules court, playground, etc.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

The Cottage

This lovely two bedroom cottage offers charming 4-star accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private, enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. It also boasts a beautiful south facing deck and sunbathing area accessed directly from the French doors in the living room. La Chaumière is set in just over an acre of attractive, mature grounds with a fabulous pool set within the walls of an old barn and stunning views.

Newly refurbished to a very high standard, with a large open-plan kitchen/family room (complete with underfloor heating), 3 double bedrooms (all with private shower/bath room). Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop and Brasserie, or enjoy the rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield!

The Little House on La Pude

STRICTLY NO CONTRACTORS Situated next to an 18th Century mill house and stream, on the Dordogne/Charente border in beautiful countryside. Fantastic base to explore. Enjoy a tranquil escape, only a short drive from local attractions and outdoor activities. The little house has rooms over three levels, with a generous balcony, private patio and use of the large garden. The garden is enclosed to one side and the river flows through on the other side. The river can be accessed for paddling.

Nestled in a pretty Dordogne village, ideally situated to explore the local area. this charming converted barn offers the ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers and is a 2-minute walk from local shops and bar/restaurant. Private, south-facing courtyard. Not suitable for children or animals.
