Our house is located on the hill of Pieve Ligure. It is surrounded by greenery, in a familiar and peaceful environment. From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Golfo Paradiso. The house has an outdoor space for reading, eating, and barbecuing. The sea is a 10-minute walk downhill; from the house you can set off on various excursions. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.

The Residence on the Trebbia

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

In the woods but 10 minutes from Bobbio, elected the most beautiful village in Italy in 2019, and the wonderful landscapes of the Trebbia river, with its bathing and crystal clear waters. 9 km from the summit of Monte Penice, with several routes for hiking or biking, including the Vaccarezza Cliff, a rock complex on Mount Groppo, ideal for sport climbing.

A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Alloggio bikers friendly, mettiamo a disposizione ricovero al chiuso per i mezzi e piccola ciclofficina per riparazioni dell'ultimo minuto.
