The open floor plan concept and high ceilings provide natural light; the minute you walk into the house you get to see open view to the pool and the canal. The large screened lanai offers canal views, heated pool + jetted spa (extra $15/day) summer kitchen, counter top bar and seating perfect to cook your catch of the day.

The unit is directly on the beach with tremendous views. It is in a 10 story building, with the unit being on the 9th floor. Unit has direct westerly views from your own private balcony, and features direct access to the beach. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs called Sunset Grill (we have provided menus with the pictures of the unit). Everything you need (including beach chairs, towels, cooler, and toys) is provided to make your stay simple. There simply is not a better view!
