Privately owned beach front oasis located on the southern part of Marco Island. Apollo 406 is a luxury retreat with all the modern conveniences. One bedroom with king bed and flat screen tv. Fully updated kitchen with two burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher drawer, Keurig. Kitchen cabinets are filled with essential utensils, dishes and glassware. Living/dining room equipped with flat screen tv and opens up to a beautiful lanai with incredible ocean views.

A bright living area features a comfortable blue sofa and a patterned accent chair. Large sliding glass doors open to a private balcony with unobstructed ocean views. Natural light fills the space, enhancing the coastal decor that reflects the beachside location.

Apollo 9th floor - Pvt. Balcony Majestic Views

The unit is directly on the beach with tremendous views. It is in a 10 story building, with the unit being on the 9th floor. Unit has direct westerly views from your own private balcony, and features direct access to the beach. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs called Sunset Grill (we have provided menus with the pictures of the unit). Everything you need (including beach chairs, towels, cooler, and toys) is provided to make your stay simple. There simply is not a better view!

A couple is seated at a round table on the spacious balcony, enjoying drinks with a view of Crescent Beach and the Gulf waters. Comfortable seating surrounds them, and the clear blue sky complements the coastal scenery.

Sea Mar Condo II is on Marco Island's Crescent Beach and is an easy walk to Tigertail Beach. You’ll love our condo because of its location - the 19th (top) floor of South Seas Northwest Tower 3, with penthouse views of Crescent Beach and the gulf waters. Our condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 6 people comfortably. We have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Our balcony is large with comfortable seating and great views.

Walking distance to 10 restaurants, shops and more on the south end of the most beautiful beach in Florida. This is a unique corner condo with windows on all sides. Not the mid building beach view. We have windows in all directions. Comfortable furnishings and Stocked kitchen make this a great vacation location for couples or a family.
