Nice cottage in the heart of nature. More than one hectare of woods and a clearing around it to enjoy the silence, the birds, and the stars. We are right on the Quercy Black Triangle. The cottage is very well equipped with very good beds. Hiking trails all around and the river is close by for swimming. Of course, there are beautiful sites at every turn. Fiber optic internet. An ideal base from which to explore the great sites of the Lot.

The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.
