Nice place to stay clean , spacious , air conditioned and heated , quite with a great view

Everything was really great!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet, wonderful location. Beautiful view from the terrace. Great communication with Sara. Everything is explained very easily. When we had a power outage, Fabio and Sara were there within 15 minutes and helped. Very well-equipped kitchen, even coffee and spices were there. I have rarely experienced this before. Everything is very clean in all areas. Very functionally equipped house. Cleaning agents, laundry detergent and vacuum cleaner are available. Comfortable beds. Big advantage: air conditioning in the bedrooms. Terrace nice and shady for the summer. Lots of parking spaces in the street, you don't necessarily have to use the underground garage (which is quite narrow for large cars). Fast reliable WiFi. However, caution is advised with the steep stairs to the upper floors. Not for people with physical disabilities. Got great restaurant recommendations from Sara. Marciaga is in a wonderfully quiet place. We highly recommend the restaurant "Ca Morel" opposite.
