Stefano è stato chiarissimo a dare le indicazioni iniziali, molto disponibile ed amichevole durante tutto il soggiorno! Loft provvisto di tutto, vicinissimo al mare ed a tutti i servizi. Mare splendido! Esperienza 🔝❣️👏👏👏

Siamo stati per 4 giorni con 3 bambini. Appartamento perfetto, pulizia eccellente, tutto quello che occorre. Alida è del posto, gentilissima, conosce tutto ed è pronta a dare molte indicazioni. Fortemente raccomandato.

abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento davvero bello e super comodo, a pochi km dalle spiagge più belle del Conero e da tanti bei borghi tutti da scoprire. l'alloggio é completissimo, con parcheggio interno privato, un grande spazio esterno dove rilassarsi e fare colazione, lavastoviglie, lavatrice... inoltre è arredato con gusto. Ilenya è un host prezioso, ci ha dato tanti consigli utili sia prima che durante il soggiorno. inoltre è una ragazza molto simpatica e amichevole, sempre disponibile. non possiamo che consigliare questo alloggio qualsiasi sia la vostra esigenza!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! È nuovo, arredato con gusto, estremamente pulito e in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro di Ancona. Un ringraziamento speciale a Federico, il proprietario, una persona squisita e sempre disponibile: ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e ha persino prenotato per noi un'ottima cena in un locale di pesce il giorno del nostro arrivo. Un'attenzione davvero rara. Consigliatissimo!

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti accolti e siamo stati davvero benissimo, come a casa, il posto è bellissimo , piacevole e tranquillo. Lo consiglio estremamente. La casa è pulitissima e anche senza aria condizionata è fresca per la sua posizione, nonostante la piccola salita è a pochi passi dal mare, e , se la salita non volete fare un autobus potete trovare!🙃 . ringrazio ancora Domenico e Pamela.

L'appartamento di Francesco è molto comodo e accogliente, l'ideale per trascorrere una tranquilla vacanza di relax a Porto Recanati. Situato in posizione strategica, permette di raggiungere con facilità la spiaggia, la passeggiata sul lungo mare e il centro del paese. Francesco è un host gentile, disponibile e discreto. Assolutamente consigliato.

L'appartamento si trova in un complesso residenziale molto tranquillo e vicinissimo al mare, con ampia disponibilita' di parcheggio, ideale quindi per chi si muove in auto. L'appartamento e' ampio e molto confortevole. Quando siamo stati da Alessia il mare era grosso e il mugghiare e l'odore di mare arrivava fino alle casa.

Un petit gîte adorable, très bien équipé avec une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. La piscine est propre et accessible. Daniele et son épouse sont des personnes adorables et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement et conseillons également le restaurant (cuisine simple et délicieuse avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix).

Appartamento con un po' vintage ma molto curato, pulitissimo e funzionale. Appena fuori dalla porta c'è una comoda fermata della navetta che ti porta gratuitamente in spiaggia, e di fronte un piccolo supermercato con tutto il necessario. Il centro di Sirolo è raggiungibile anche a piedi in appena 10 minuti. Un grazie speciale a Lina, un host veramente delizioso, gentilissima, simpatica e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di arrivare prima e partire più tardi per venire incontro alle nostre necessità, ci ha dato tanti consigli e ci ha fatto trovare qualcosa per la colazione e per cucinare. Torneremo senz'altro!

Grande alloggio, splendida piscina con vista sulle colline marchigiane.

Leandro è una bellissima persona e il suo appartamento è delizioso, si trova in una posizione perfetta per potersi godere al meglio Sirolo. Anche se non ha il wi-fi, puoi trovare la connessione nei vicinissimi locali sorseggiando un'aperitivo o facendo colazione. Insomma, sicuramente lo ricontatterò per tornarci.

Raramente ho trovato alloggi belli, curati e nuovi come questo. Appartamento appena ristrutturato, con mobili che avrei scelto se fosse stata casa mia, e non un appartamento da affittare. Pulizia impeccabile. Aria condizionata disponibile in tutte le stanze. Il posto auto a fianco alla casa con stazione di ricarica per macchine elettriche o ibride sempre a disposizione. Insomma, un gioiellino. Non è situato nel centro di Sirolo, ma tutto è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto; nei parcheggi in centro si trovava quasi sempre posto anche nella settimana di ferragosto. Miria e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibilissimi per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Se torneremo in zona, questo appartamento sarà la nostra prima scelta.

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

The Place is absolutely amazing and we are sure to visit again very soon. The Property ticks all the boxes, It has very nice vibe, Its modern and evry tastefully planned, Has all the aminities that you can think of, even a lift to take you to the first floor if you dont want to carry your luggage up the stairs of if you have some one with mobility concerns. Its right next to the sea and a fantastic Seafood Restaurant. There are other Restaurants at walking distance with an equally amazing menu. The Host is such an amazing person and takes care of all your needs and gos that extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. The Property when we came in was freshly done up and more aminites being added,so it will only get better and wil reccommend this place for a Short or even an extended stay. Only bit to mention is that the train line is right behind the House, but dont let it put you off as the trains are super fast and dissapear before you realize. 5 STARS Allover!!

A gem of a place, full of character and very spacious in a beautiful area. We stayed 9 nights and felt really at home. Every day was really hot so we especially appreciated the lovely pool and also the covered seating/dining area outside the house. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of skylarks and also to watch the swallows diving over the pool in the evening. Paola was an ideal host, extremely helpful and friendly and nearby to help with any problems or answer questions about the area. We would thoroughly recommend a visit; if you do visit you must visit La Loggette restaurant, recommended by Paola, where we had one of the best Italian meals.

Bellissimo appartamento di recente costruzione, con giardino privato e possibilità di mangiare all'aperto, in un tranquillo residence con piscina e campi da tennis a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere Numana, Sirolo, Portonovo e le incantevoli spiagge della riviera del Conero. Possibilità di utilizzare la navetta gratuita per andare a Numana e alle sue spiagge. Grande gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arianna. C'est une personne très accueillante, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de sortie ou de repas. Elle nous a aussi nettement simplifié notre arrivée. L'appartement était propre, bien rangé et bien agencé. Situé dans un petit village, nous avons profité du calme de l'endroit mais aussi de la proximité des villes environnantes et de la mer non loin. La communication était également parfaite, notamment du fait qu'Arianna parle un très bon anglais. Une personne et un endroit qui sont vraiment à conseiller pour tout séjour dans la région. Un grand merci pour cette belle semaine.

Eğer bir kez daha Ancona ya gelecek olursak yine aynı yerde kalırdık. Çünkü konum olarak harika. İhtiyaç duyacağınız her şey yürüme mesafesinde.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in het super propere en nette appartement van Rosetta. Perfect zoals beschreven. ‘s morgens word je wel wakker gemaakt door de bar erboven. Maar voor ons was dat geen probleem. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wie de Conero riviera wil verkennen. Op wandelafstand van alle restaurants en winkels in Sirolo. Rosetta was de perfecte host. Super goede communicatie, zorgzaam en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Giovanni. Er war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar für uns. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr gemütlich. Die Klimaanlagen haben super funktioniert und waren auch nötig:)
