Iznajmljuje se apartman od 70 kvadratnih metara u kući koja je smještena na osami u mirnom mjestu Viškovu. Lokacija je prekrasna, za ljubitelje mira i tišine, u okruženju zelenila, od Rijeke smo na desetak kilometara, a približno ista udaljenost mjeri se do Opatije, autom smo udaljeni od plaža Kantride i Preluka 10 -ak kilometara. Savršen je izbor za parove, obitelji ili manje grupe koji žele uživati u mirnom okruženju, a istovremeno biti u blizini mora, grada i svih potrebnih sadržaja.

Koča odraža čas med svetovnima vojnama, kajti nad njo je potekala Rapalska meja (1920). Nudi vso potrebno komoditeto in čar minulega časa. Nahaja se v območju Nature 2000, katero se stika z Regijskim parkom Snežnik. Predstavlja odlično izhodišče za raziskovanje bližnje okolice ( Snežnik, Pivška planota,...) kot tudi širše ( Kvarner, Brkini,...) kamor se lahko odpeljete z našimi e-kolesi, katera so vključena v ceno namestitve (dve nočitvi en dan brezplačna uporaba koles).
