Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea Check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

There were five of us at Daniela's place. We arrived by car, which is also necessary in the area if you want to do something. Pula is about 25 minutes' drive. The place was very nice and clean. Pool and garden are wonderful, you can sit inside and outside to eat. With 5 people, one had to sleep on the sofa bed, but it is very comfortable and not a problem. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. Communication with Daniela is great, she responds very quickly, is very friendly and helpful with problems if something does not work or the like. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We would definitely recommend Daniela and her accommodation and felt very comfortable!

super nice and friendly host great accommodation: as good as new, superbly equipped, completely corresponded to the description The only "criticism" is the location, the house is quite remote, and there is nothing to see or reach on foot. About 15 minutes away by car, there are Lidl, Plodine, DM, Müller and much more. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach in Rabac Otherwise, an absolute recommendation 👍

This is an absolutely beautiful villa- just perfect. Karla was an amazing host, greeting us with a welcome drink and a gift of her own olive oil. The house was stunning in every possible way, with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! The pool was superb and the outside space was so lovely - we didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were exploring Istria but we enjoyed our early morning swim and breakfast in the sunshine along with a late evening drink as the sun set. The location of the villa is brilliant - the furthest we drove was to Cape Kamenjak which was just over an hour away but everything else was between 20 and 45 minutes. Istria is breathtaking and Karla gave us lots of top tips on how to see the best of it in a week. It’s fair to say we fell in love with the area and the villa and we’d love to return!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Very good stay with Fides who is an incredible host of kindness and simplicity. We were welcomed like kings with cold drinks for our arrival, pastries, figs and tomatoes during our stay and finally a small gift for our departure. Amazing, we've never been so well received. The house is as described, very close to the pool and has everything you will need. Only a very small downside, the noise of the road which can sometimes be inconvenient but does not spoil your stay. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

As a larger group, we were allowed to stay with Ivan for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. House, pool and outside area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is magnificent. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

The stay was absolutely excellent – the place was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Full recommendation!

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

Together with our brother/brother-in-law, sister-in-law and kids, we had a very pleasant stay at Valneo's. The villa met the description, and was neat, clean and tidy. Valneo is a neat host, nice, attentive and always available for tips and consultation. The pool was cleaned every day. Valneo offered us two nice bottles of wine upon arrival. And in between, he came to us with honey and to taste grappa, this became a whole tasting that we enjoyed very much. Two areas for improvement: Upon arrival, it turned out that the pin was just incorrectly indicated on google, so after contacting Valneo's wife via the AirBnb app, we only ended up at the correct location. Photo of sign near gate could be an addition. Also, the gas cylinder for the gas stove was empty, in the downstairs apartment, when we indicated this, this was immediately arranged by Valneo. Great! We had a very nice stay, thank you for your good care, Valneo! And maybe see you soon!

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking to saying goodbye. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and things to do. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. To say goodbye, they arrive and gift their guests. We were very happy to be in the house and felt very comfortable .

The house is beautiful, nothing is missing and Adisa is a very accommodating hostess (rely on her restaurant recommendations!) who was always available for us. Only the staring Wi-Fi (we were here in a rainy week, otherwise it would hardly stand out) and the missing mosquito nets (as usual in Croatia) could be criticized, but everything else is really a dream! We would love to come back anytime!

Super nice and clean house in a quiet area. We had a great stay there! Communication was also totally straightforward.

We stayed at Andrea’s house for business purposes, so we were not on holiday. We had a really nice stay at Andrea’s house and would definitely book again. Andrea was very friendly, proactive and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is very clean.

The house is beautiful, cozy and newly renovated. Everything was perfect. We found it particularly nice that it is so close to the sea and at the same time so quiet. The children were able to play on the property and had plenty of space. Zeljika and her husband are totally helpful. We had sick children and a broken car and they were always there to help us. I don't take that for granted and so here again a huge thank you to you two! We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

Slađana's place is great, it's very private and clean, and the pool is perfect. Communications were also great. There's also a view of Labin old town on the horizon: a real secret get away!
