Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Enjoy long summer days in the garden on the large sun terrace - surrounded by greenery and a large lavender field. This attracts crowds of butterflies and bumblebees in summer. In the cold season, make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace, in the brand new infrared sauna or by the campfire.

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform above the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the jungle path and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "crown jewel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and nobly furnished.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burgwald and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful trips to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bicycles or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

In the winter, you can relax in the sauna and hot tub in the evening after a day in the snow. For nature lovers, summer invites you to numerous hiking trails or to chill on the new sun deck with a cool bathing tub. Our property is open. It is only surrounded by plants!

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. Thanks to the high-quality furnishings and some extras such as an infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna on the terrace with an outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place to relax and unwind.
