Vacation rentals with a patio in Marble Falls

This was a cozy little spot for two. It had a great little sitting spot with a view of the water ideal for peaceful relaxing.

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My Lady and I celebrated our three year anniversary here for a week. Maya was a great host. Everything was listed as it was. The entrance also had some updates and she let us know. The view is very breathtaking and the house was very cleanly and welcoming for us. There are instructions on how to use most utilities in the house. (the stove was very nice and required some figuring out haha) The master bedroom has a TV that comes down from the ceiling using a remote. The area is very quiet. The patio has a grill and some tables to eat outside if you wish. Maya will let you know if any lawn care contractors will be coming to help clear brush, so critters don't make homes where you walk around. Overall this is a great place to stay. Not only for the amazing view and home, but you'll also be having a host that will make sure you're taken care of and will answer you promptly. 10/10. We would stay here again. Thank you again Maya

The airbnb was cozy, clean, pretty and view was great. Only issue was the really steep driveway. You could tell a lot of cars burned rubber trying to get out of driveway vs hitting the solid rocks that blocked going down the hill. Parked across the street in empty lot to not have to fight with driveway.

Exactly what we needed on this staycation! Peaceful and restful, cute little place with a great pool. Host was super responsive and easy to work with! Left lots of recommendations for us.

Jay was an awesome hostess, keeping great communication from the time we booked until we left. He really shows interest in their guests having a perfect experiencel We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. I have stayed here, multiple times. It's always perfect, and always very enjoyable. You won't find anything to complain about. The location is awesome. The view is awesome. The house is awesome. The patio faces the prevailing breeze when warm, and the house blocks the north wind when cold. Great place all around.

This is by far the best Air bnb we have been able to call home for a few nights. Jim was clear in his instructions, proactive in reaching out and overall a very wonderful host. It is centered at the heart of marble falls and everything was close yet tranquil. Patio was perfect for morning coffee, kitchen was spacious and loved the extra drinks! Overall felt right at home and we will be staying with the red door cottage when we are back!

We had a fantastic stay at Nils’ luxury apartment in Austin. The listing was exactly as described from the photos and descriptions. Nils and Liya were proactive, helpful, and very responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, with clean sheets, a HUGE bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the rooftop pool which offers a stunning city skyline/lake view and the perfect sunset spot. While this unit doesn't overlook the skyline, it does not take away from the experience. We saved compared to other listings and could still enjoy the views from the rooftop. Plus, catching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Parking was pricey, but we learned that’s typical for Austin. The location was ideal—close to paddle boarding, parks, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place. Well worth the price. We’d love to stay again!

Escape to the Hollows was the perfect place for a “staycation”. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve done. John was super responsive and friendly. When you stay there you want for nothing. You don’t need to bring anything other than your clothes and personal necessities. I’m already thinking of coming back to the Austin area for thanksgiving and Escape will be at the top of my list!

Loved staying here! So close and walkable to many places. But we absolutely loved the view from the balcony! We would definitely try to stay here again!

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

We had a wonderful vacation. The location had beautiful views. Place was inviting, clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Great place to enjoy the pool, golf, deer, spa, massage and lake activities. ❤️
