Gary’s place was perfect for what we needed! Loved that we could spend one night and the house was comfortable and quiet for our family. It was a short drive to Johnson city, to access the children’s museum, wineries and restaurants.

My wife and I planned a last minute trip to Fredricksburg for the Memorial Day weekend. We were hoping to stay in Fredricksburg, but everything was booked. We found Terry's place in Johnson City which is about 45 minutes east of Fredricksburg. It is very private area out in the Ranchland Hill Country. First off, the place is immaculately clean! Second you know you found a really nice place when your wife starts taking pictures of everything because she loves the style and décor! The check in instructions were very clear and concise. The place was very welcoming and relaxing. Terry left a very detailed notebook with suggested places to go, things to do, and places to eat. In the morning and evenings we saw deer on the property. We also saw several cardinals and other beautiful bird species. If you are looking for a nice relaxing get away and don't want the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you!

My Lady and I celebrated our three year anniversary here for a week. Maya was a great host. Everything was listed as it was. The entrance also had some updates and she let us know. The view is very breathtaking and the house was very cleanly and welcoming for us. There are instructions on how to use most utilities in the house. (the stove was very nice and required some figuring out haha) The master bedroom has a TV that comes down from the ceiling using a remote. The area is very quiet. The patio has a grill and some tables to eat outside if you wish. Maya will let you know if any lawn care contractors will be coming to help clear brush, so critters don't make homes where you walk around. Overall this is a great place to stay. Not only for the amazing view and home, but you'll also be having a host that will make sure you're taken care of and will answer you promptly. 10/10. We would stay here again. Thank you again Maya

We went to Burnet for Mother's day weekend to just getaway from Waco. Niza's place was perfect for our little weekend away from the city. The peace and quiet out there was amazing. To sit outside in the morning and watching the deer walk by to sitting outside in the evening watching the sunset and listening to the frogs. There was no water back behind which we knew but it was still beautiful. Was definitely what we needed and if we go back to Burnet we will definitely book again with Niza. She messaged to make sure checking in and everything went well and to let me know to reach out if need anything and even wish me to have a wonderful mother's day weekend.

It was an awesome stay! We went to the Longhorn caverns and it was a great experience. We didn’t know it was by tour only though, so that could be helpful info to anyone headed there. The house was amazing though and it was our little vacation while not at the caves.

Jay was an awesome hostess, keeping great communication from the time we booked until we left. He really shows interest in their guests having a perfect experiencel We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. It was a very nice stay. House layout and cleanliness was perfect. The backyard area is the place to be. We loved the view. Fishing was an easy walk to the water. There’s plenty to do in the area. All in all we loved the stay and would definitely recommend!

Casita is a fantastic vacation spot. A beautiful home with a great outdoor space. Lori is a great host and responds very promptly. All the rooms are fully equipped, including thoughtful touches for kids like games and more. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. What a wonderful host and place to stay. This house is located right at the heart of downtown Buda and is a short walk to all the fun stuff to do around town. Not only that, the hosts are amazing and go above and beyond your typical host. For example, I lost an AirTag during my stay and within an hour of me leaving, they already had the AirTag in the mail. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Buda!

Had the best time at this place! It's a 20 minute drive from Wimberly, but when you're there, it feels completely remote. The hot tub was great, even in the summer heat, and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was easy to bring some groceries and make a meal when we weren't having dinner in Wimberly. Getting cell signal was tough out there, but that made it easy to finish my book! There is also a lot of fun nature watching through the windows and on the patio. I would come back here again.

This was a great cabin I really liked the vibe and aesthetics very well put together. the host Mark was very thoughtful there were several things there that were particular to the cabin like materials to start the fire pit should I have wanted to start it, pit skewers to make s'mores all the fixings marshmallows graham crackers chocklate etc. Lots of nice thoughtful touches that not all Airbnbs provide. the cabin felt peaceful and secluded all while being 10 minutes from the Hill country galleria. We spent lots of time in South Austin going to the record shops and other eclectic stores and this cabin was a nice retreat after a day spent in the city. There were great views at night and lots of pretty lights all over the grounds around the cabin.
