The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Anything but ordinary, the Szilágyi manor is the last thing that remains of the more than 400-year-old Zwerbach palace complex. After 4 years of careful renovation, the manor now serves as an oasis of calm and well-being for lovers, couples, friends and the whole family. The surroundings offer a varied program!

From the bay window living room with a wooden ceiling from 1568, you can look directly at the pedestrian zone. The steps of Sechergasse next to the house lead directly to our famous Melk Abbey.
