The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

On the 2nd floor about 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV; living room with TV and sofa bed; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; bathroom with large shower; separate toilet! 100 m to the flowering Baroque, 5 min to downtown, directly at the clinic. Bakery around the corner! Stroller storage space inside the house. New soundproof windows! Please note: As of June 1, 2026, I will unfortunately have to charge a fee of €2/night/person and pay it to the City of Ludwigsburg!

The apartment has a spacious private terrace overlooking the countryside. In the daylight bathroom you will find a walk-in shower.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
