Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Maragondon

We had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. If we could suggest one minor improvement, it would be to switch the wooden sofa to a more comfy one for lounging, and maybe add a dish drainer in the kitchen for added convenience. But overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely book again!

we are very comfortable staying in her place. the place is clean and eventhough we have an issue in the remote control of the AC it is quickly resolved. definitely will book again if we have an errand in sta. rosa in the future.

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay here! We checked in after a hike in Nasugbu and it was just what we needed. Super chill, comfy, and felt like home. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the little touches and all the cute houseplants. The patio was our fave spot—perfect for catching the breeze at night. Mark and Christina were responsive too. The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

The house is nice and the area is quiet. It has all the listed amenities plus other stuff to use or play with. everything is clean :) the hosts are also very friendly! good unit to book if you are looking for a house to stay with after going to the nearby amusement park or just a quiet place to relax.

This was a great place to stay for our family group visiting the area. The rooms and amenities were as advertised. We were very impressed with the beautiful property and Ate Jen was very helpful with welcoming us and even arranging for a breakfast order! It is easy and safe to walk out to the main road to visit local cafes, however, the inner streets are quite dark and there are a few neighbour dogs who will bark at you and thankfully not approach. This is one of the few properties in the area that has bedsheets, pillows, and shower items available so it is a good place to stay for travellers.

We enjoyed our stay, even if it was just a quick getaway. The host is very responsive whenever we had any questions. Plenty of activities in the pool area, which made us disconnect for the weekend. Thank you and we hope to stay again!

The place is peaceful and relaxing. A great place for a get away from cities and work related stress. Such an awesome experience we had in the place. The children and adults enjoy the pool

We booked this unit because we wanted to have a break from the city. and it didn't disappoint. The view was breathtaking, we love the PS5 and the board games, the unit also has unlimited movies. It was truly the break we need. Sir Dhon is also very responsive to all our questions. Thank you very much for letting us stay despite of short notice. 😊

Nice and clean space. Accessible and close to Vermosa and other establishments.

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

Clean and organised , a pleasant stay at this modern place.

Despite its small size, the place is well organized. The design is minimalist, but you will find everything you need in the house.

a good place to relax. my family was able to have a good sleep, no noise, clean place and comfortable space. we will surely come back next time.
