I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

Straightforward details from the owner; organized coordination and everything was as expected from an AirBnB at this price range. Household provisions are more than enough for a short stay like mine. I just needed a place to stay overnight for a business engagement in the area the next day and this was in an accessible, Grab-friendly area.

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

Kelvin is responsive, so easy to understand all his instructions and you'll never get lost! He is a very good host! We enjoyed lots of things to do like swimming, playing darts, badminton, walking, viewing the lagoon, many trees, ornamental plants with flowers of variety of colors! So refreshing and relaxing! For sure. we'll be back here and will bring our friends and family with us on our next visit!

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

SWe had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. Sir Ben the hotel owner was very responsive and helpful to all concerns. He also give consideration and give extension due to late check-in. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional too. I would highly recommend this hotel! ❤️❤️

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

Angelyn's a great host. She replies fast and proactively communicates how to get to her place, the rules and checking in. My family and I appreciated her a lot as a host with her communication and for taking care of us as she considered to extend our check out because we arrived past 12am. Her place is exactly as we've seen in the pictures and my kids enjoyed the small foosball and mini board games. It was close to Lausanne so it's easy to get a coffee in Dear Joe or in Windmill. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will certainly go back.

Beth’s place is quaint, comfortable, and cozy enough for a party of 4 persons. Although, maybe someone who has a hard time walking or bending then standing up, like grandparents for example, will not be as comfortable sleeping either at the loft because of the steep stairs, or at the sofa bed in the living room because it’s too low. Other than that, it’s a great place for staycation. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook your own food. There’s a smart tv in the living room to binge watch your favorite series. There’s internet speed is great in case you brought your work with you. As mentioned, there’s a loft for a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is clean, with complimentary shower, conditioner, and hand soap which you can use if you did not bring your own. Bath towels are also provided which is a plus because these usually take up so much space in the luggage if you bring them for your trip. The hosts are very responsive too. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

The place is exactly the same as what is listed. It was clean and complete. It fit our group and the host was kind enough to let us have another guest that exceeded the capacity. We were able to cook our food comfortably because their kitchen is complete with all the things that you need. The rooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows and the toilets were clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, additional points is that they have board games and toys that kept our kids occupied while we prepared our food. We will definitely come back. :)

Great value for money

Its our 2nd time and same as the first, it give us the homey feeling to rest and relax after our hard day work. We are now ready for the holy week travel

What amazes us so much is how friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating the staff are. This place is truly a rare find. My kids loved the place and like they don't want to leave. Ann is very easy to talk to and responsive. Her place is well maintained and complete with what we need during our stay. We had an amazing stay. We are tempted to come back.
