Vacation rentals with beach access in Maragondon

The place is super nice. Complete things in the kitchen, we didn’t have any major issues. Kuya (caretaker) is super proactive din because we have a lot of things, he already prepared the trolly upon check out.

The unit is beautiful, clean, and smells good. The owner, Carlos, is very friendly and accommodating, as well as the caretaker, Rosendo. I will definitely recommend this place to others — it's truly worth the price.

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

This is my 2nd time at Pico, but my 1st time staying at Michelle’s place! The view was absolutely amazing, and we really had a great stay. If I could rate it 100/100, I totally would! Their service was impeccable, and they responded to me right away. The room was so much more spacious compared to the first Airbnb I stayed at in Pico. They even helped me out when I left my phone charger and went above and beyond to send it back to me. Big thanks to Michelle and her caretaker, Raquel, for being the best!

The room is like a hotel, spacious, clean, well equipped and with toys for kids. Highly recommended.

We had a great weekend in Reenalee's place. It is not our 1st time in Pico De Loro. Our friend rented Reenalee's place before. I made a mental note to get her place because it looked a lot better than the place we got. Reenalee's 2 BR unit was exactly as shown in the photos. It had 2 Bathrooms and bed space was more than enough. A/C was also very cold. Reenalee was very responsive and easy to talk to. We made some requests and she accomodated our requests. Her unit is just near the pool area and main clubhouse which we loved. We also enjoyed walking to the beach since it wasn't that hot yet and there were a canopy of trees to provide shade. Shuttle service from the building to the beach and to move around was also easy to get. It is advisable that you bring your food and just cook. Reenalee's kitchen is complete and her dinnerware is new. The food by the beach and the clubhouse can be quite pricey. Thanks Reenalee. 😃We are all happy especially our balikbayans. Hope to be back.

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

We had a great and comfortable stay at Loiue's place. We should have booked for 2 days, instead of an overnight stay to fully enjoy the amenities and the peaceful ambiance. Nakakabitin tuloy. We will definitely be back and recommend the villa to our friends.

We had a great time at K Lebrix Nasugbu. One of the best family vacation places we've had. The house was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable for a large group. The surrounding was very peaceful and beautiful. Ate Juvy was so friendly and responsive. Everything was great. I regretted not booking the place for 3 nights. Would definitely come back!

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Sueno. Randi is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was made clear even prior to us booking the place. We loved our stay and the family enjoyed the grill, the bonfire, and pool. There are lits of things the kids can do and be busy with as the adults chat in the garden area. The beach is not really swimmable but we loved the view and walking or sitting by the shore. The place is very comfortable and ACs keep the house and room cool on sunny mornings til sunset. the kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything you can think of including glass wines, spread board, serving dishes, a coffee maker, oven, and toasters. You will feel right at home when at Randi's place. Ate Mercy and kuya Renan were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely book this place again.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

Beth’s place is quaint, comfortable, and cozy enough for a party of 4 persons. Although, maybe someone who has a hard time walking or bending then standing up, like grandparents for example, will not be as comfortable sleeping either at the loft because of the steep stairs, or at the sofa bed in the living room because it’s too low. Other than that, it’s a great place for staycation. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook your own food. There’s a smart tv in the living room to binge watch your favorite series. There’s internet speed is great in case you brought your work with you. As mentioned, there’s a loft for a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is clean, with complimentary shower, conditioner, and hand soap which you can use if you did not bring your own. Bath towels are also provided which is a plus because these usually take up so much space in the luggage if you bring them for your trip. The hosts are very responsive too. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Ms. My is very responsive and is very helpful on overall duration of our stay. House is very homey and neat perfect for family staycations. Will surely visit again.

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Great unit to stay in Pico. Everything you need and more in a family getaway is available in Don's place. Everything was clean and spotless. Don, Darby, and Marj were really responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a quick trip to Pico.
