Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Maragondon

The place is big and will fit a big family. My grand kid enjoyed the small pool. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

The property is perfectly right for us, a family of 6. The 2 rooms are clean and spacious. The living room with smart tv (I think it's a 65") and a bluetooth speaker was amazing, we had a comfortable time binge-watching. The kitchen was superb, with complete stuff from plates, utensils, cookware etc. Drinking water is free of course. The pool was just perfect for us, who don't know how to swim 😆😆😆. The kids enjoyed it. The depth was enough for swimming or dipping, whichever you prefer. And lastly, I'd like to say a big thank you to the guy who accommodated our request for guava leaves. Sorry, we forgot to ask for the name. My mom had a swollen toe due to a recent pedicure and we had to "langgas" it with bayabas leave. Mr. Nice Guy had to ask from a neighbor since they don't have a guava tree. Thank you so much!!!! Will definitely be back.

One of the best places I've tried in Airbnb. Our family especially the kids enjoyed the pool and the lovely location. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Narelax ang buong family namin during our stay. Maganda and maaliwas ang place and secured din. Child-friendly since may play area sila na indoor. malawak din ang outdoor area nila. We also used the videoke to our hearts content since nakaenclose sya so nakocontain yun ingay sa loob. Napakamaasikaso ng magasawang host and they see to it na maayos at comfortable kami. I will surely recommend the place sa mga friends and family ko. This will also be at the top of my list for family staycation.

This is one of the best Air BnB experience. It was the perfect place to celebrate our birthdays. Though it was quite a challenge to go to the place since Tagaytay road have a bridge ongoing construction, once we got to the driveway we immediately felt at home. It was a nice retreat from the city with the beautiful flowers everywhere. Elaren's quaint home is well thought of. Layout is good. Bedroom downstairs for the seniors. Enough spaces to chill as a family and a complete kitchen. We also appreciate the wood and gas for the bonfire already set-up. We just brought the wrong sticks for grilling our hotdogs. Tree house was under repair though the kids still went up to check it out. Decor was also nice. French countryside feels. Overall our family had a great time making memories in this place. Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

Overall, we had a great stay at Dino's as we needed a room to spend the night. Place was easily accessible and we paid for the overnight parking. Ate Bituin, the caretaker was very friendly and responsive thru messages and calls. Room was clean and well-equipped. As with the other reviews, the fleece blanket seems thin. Phone signal is weak but their wifi is strong. Netflix plays smoothly. Highlight of our stay was the view of Taal Like from the balcony. It was definitely nice to have a cup of coffee with the magnificent view.

Everything about the place was great. It’s no wonder it’s always fully booked. Great interior design, cleanliness, completeness of indoor tools and equipment, friendly staff, active hosts and caretaker, etc. The place is great for all types of customers whether it be a family, group of friends, or a couple. Had a wonderful time with my family and would absolutely recommend to anyone who is interested in the listing.

If you are looking for a place na maraming mirrors then this should be your go to. Complete kitchen so pwedeng pwede magluto to less gastos. Just bring your own toiletries for maximum comfort.

Fresh and clean staffs are accommodating

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Nice condo among the Pico de Loro community. Comfortable with good amenities. Definitely bring groceries to prepare meals as the restaurants around the hotel are overpriced and not very appealing. José Augusto provided solid recommendations on where to get supplies, which were much appreciated.

Our 2nd time here. Feels like home.

i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

We enjoyed our stay, especially our furbaby 😊 it actually seems that she wanted to stay longer. The place is neat and convenient, they have water dispenser so getting a hot water is easy. I actually enjoyed the living room's TV, awesome to eat while watching netflix. It is also very close to the twin lakes shopping village where we participated in YGTN events program. until next time 🥰
