The place was just like the pictures. We had to wait until the time set by the hostess, we tried to contact but did not release access.

I went for a couple of days with a friend and I have to say that the experience was excellent. The owner was super nice and attentive at all times, which made the stay very pleasant. The apartment is beautiful and quite new, it has views that can't be missed and was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. Also everything was very clean, and I would definitely book it again. Thank you for everything!

We loved staying at Mariana's place, in addition to being very clean and equipped, the space is excellent and matches the listing. The common area is very good, in addition to the pools, it has a restaurant and convenience. In addition, it has direct access to Carneiros Beach and the Capelinha side.

The Resort is well located, with great structure, clean and many leisure options. The flat has a good space for a couple or a couple with 1 child, equipped kitchen, gourmet balcony, great facilities. We recommend it.

This was my second time staying at Carneiros Beach Resort and the first time in this apartment, and my experience only improves with each visit. The apartment is extremely functional, well equipped and organized, providing a comfortable and worry-free stay. Gabriela was super attentive, always helpful and careful with every detail, which made everything even more special. The site, in itself, is a true paradise, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable moments. We love every moment and absolutely, if God permits, we will soon return to live new experiences in this amazing place!

We love everything. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and well located.

Spacious apartment with good structure, kitchen with various utensils, and air-conditioning that freezes well. The balcony was the area we liked the most, very spacious and cool to sit at night. The condominium has a wonderful structure, with 3 heated pools, several showers, all extremely clean and organized. All staff are attentive and kind. Inside it can access the beach on a brisk walk, where it has a chair and sunshine exclusive to the guests. In short, we loved everything and exceeded our expectations! We will return at another time.

Felipe was a great host, always attentive and available. The flat is comfortable, well equipped and accommodates very well. The resort's common areas are also great, with a quiet environment and all very clean. We had a very pleasant stay! Just one detail that could improve: the suite shower has a slightly weak water fit, but nothing that has compromised the experience. I would recommend and stay again for sure!

It was all perfect. Even before we arrived, they sent a text explaining everything and with several tips on what to do there... super attentive. And when we got there it was all perfect, it's exactly the same as the photos and the location is very good, it's not even a 2-minute walk to the beach. It was amazing and we already want to go back

Extremely organized and clean house. Everything you need is on-site. In a gated community, which gives more security. Close to the beach, which is great for swimming and a swimming pool inside the condominium, which we found very clean during the stay. Luis responded quickly to the information and well requested. I intend to return more often.

The house is the same as the listing. The sea bath in front of the house is simply wonderful. it is very well located, shops,bakeries and restaurants are very close. Carlos(host) helpful and attentive, .nos gave great tour tips. We answered we need it. Our stay was perfect. Thanks to Edjane, well kitchen (very good seasoning) in addition to daily cleaning. Anyway, thanks to Carlos and involved. it was PERFECT!!!

Great stay! I went with my family and we had all the support needed for incredible days! Super well-equipped house, very close to a stretch of practically deserted beach, too gorgeous! The house has everything: from beach tent and chairs, to a super-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, soft towels for beach and bath, a wonderful heated pool, plus a barbecue area... No words to thank Antonio and Mariluze, a collaborator who gives extraordinary support during the stay. Already looking forward to coming back again!

The listing of the house does not do it justice. The house, in addition to being beautiful, comfortable and luxurious, is really in the best condominium in Carneiros. The beds are comfortable, with very good bedding, wonderful duvets, quality utensils, super cute and comfortable furniture. The lady works at the house, Dinha, can cook very well, and when we wake up breakfast it was served at the gazebo table. We took a lot of food from home and Dinha helped in everything, always helpful and polite. We particularly liked the fact that there are two very large refrigerators, so we were able to accommodate things well without agony. The condominium is another beauty apart. Well taken care of, with a pool in front of the house (the children played without us having to leave the house). The stretch of beach is already at the beginning of the river, but in addition to the water being very pleasant for bathing, it was further away from the hustle and bustle of the little church. The security staff is well-trained, we feel at peace to enjoy. I indicate without fear of making a mistake.
