The accommodation is incredible, Vista, Access to the beach, All the structure of the building, the Flexibility of the hostel, maid services in the space without extra fees. I came from a bad experience in Maragogi, and it was a grateful surprise to stay with this flat. The surrounding streets are complicated in some points, but this does not have to do with all comfort and convenience that this paradise of Flat and of Lugar are. I fell in love with tamandaré, and certainly must rerornar, I hope that the Flat of Jose Eduardo is available because it was simply AMAZING. The village would not change anything.

The Flat is by the sea, perfect for seeing the sun rise if you wake up early, it's worth it, the best part of the trip. You can walk on the beach to the little church with mt disposition, stand in front of the apartment or if you are driving to know other beaches in the region. MT comfortable has 2 air conditioners in Sandra's apartment to stay well on hot days.

The flat is excellent , has all the items that facilitate the preparation of meals! It also had a good support and cleaning regarding towels and bed linens! Wonderful view! José was very attentive, gave excellent tips to enjoy the region ! Indico and I wish to stay again soon !

I loved the location, you can walk where the shops work at night, close to the bakery, grocery store, pharmacy. The apartment is super tidy and organized. Loved it 👏👏🥰

The apartment is exceptional, very well planned and with all the necessary items for a quiet and comfortable accommodation. Despite a setback with the cleanliness, Adriana solved the problem quickly, providing a great stay. There are unforeseen events that can happen, but at this time we can see how committed the host is to providing great hosting. I recommend the property 100%, as the beach where it is located I have already visited a few times and I can say that it is a paradise, just a few steps from your door. The condominium is excellent, with pools, whirlpool, sauna, restaurant and mini-market for essential items. Planning to travel to Carneiros for sure I will choose this property again.

we had a great stay, very comfortable. Cristina was very communicative, and was very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out, which was much appreciated. the place is exactly like in the photos, the pool was great and the beach (and the natural pools) are close. the place had everything we needed, including airfryer! only suggestion (small change and preference) would be a full body mirror and a fan for those who do not like to sleep with the air! thank you Cristina!

The stay was spectacular. Flat is great. It has everything you need in terms of furniture and equipment. The space is just like in the pictures. The property is very well positioned in the condominium, practically facing the sea, in addition to having a private garage near the elevator and stairs. The home was well prepared for hosting. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The Flat is in a privileged region of Tamandaré: sea of warm waters and wonderful beach. The Host was very considerate and available. You sent objective information in the pre-stay period and during our stay. In addition, he passed along great tips about the region, with good restaurant guidelines and other services. Anyway, the stay was amazing! We look forward to returning in the future.

The apartment is perfect! it has everything we need. rooms with air and comfortable. multifunctional kitchen. gourmet balcony with a gas barbecue grill. I was greeted by Graça who perfectly explained everything we needed. leisure area with heated pool and a beach in front of the resort that doesn't make you want to leave. The resort has a great structure on the beach: chairs, tables and umbrellas. Clean and tasteful bathrooms. It's definitely a place I'll come back to.

From the beginning to close the rent, Aumério proved super attentive and was so until the end of the stay. He was always present for any setbacks that might happen. It is notorious the zeal that the owner has with his residence, very clean and organized, which made everyone who was with me feel at home and take care of it as he was. The location is wonderful. Township is not a hectic place, which makes it possible for you to really go to rest. One point I loved was being ground floor and facing the pool. I thought I would be bothered by the noise of people in the pool, but as I said it is a super quiet place, zero noise. Another ready that was very useful was that there is ice machine and water there, so it was not necessary to worry about that, other than the freezer for the drinks. There also has a convenience there, which was also very helpful. All the people who work there are also very friendly and polite. Indico with eyes closed and I will return with

Luana's Flats are new, the utensils and appliances are impeccable and the place also has a swimming pool and a barbecue. There is a local store nearby, a gas station, a pharmacy, cafeterias and a kiosk with facilities to spend a pleasant day. For those looking for a more lively night, it is recommended that you have a vehicle available or use a taxi, as downtown Maragogi is far from the location. Anyway, happy and satisfied to choose the place for my stay, I felt at home and super recommend the services offered by Luana.

Very nice place to stay. Remembering that to stay at the Leylla flat, it is good to be on your own vehicle, as the place is very lacking in public transport and Uber.

Great apt, with a beautiful view. Next to everything and 2 minutes, walking, from the beach. In my opinion, better than Maragogi. The building's pool has a great size and was super clean. Kassia was super helpful and very polite.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, the location is beautiful, about 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Dos Carneiros/Tamandare, Jeú quickly solved a problem with the elevator, everything went very well, thank you Jeú, we will be back!!!
