The house is very good, it is in a quiet area, but it is good to be by car to go to Maragogi and other places. The view is incredible and has a good leisure area. The only detail is that the beds are a bit stiff... Overall I recommend it. I thought it was a great value for money.

Everything was spotless and had amenities such as coffee, condiments and other essentials for a first day of accommodation. Our stay was very quiet. Aucely's house is very good, quiet, the rooms are a little warm, but nothing much more than normal. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the night to see the stars overlooking the forest in the outside area. I loved it a lot and I will definitely return more often.

One of the best stays in the last few years with the family. A very quiet family condominium with no loud sound or uneducated people. The house was impeccable, very clean and with everything that was needed. Flávio always very attentive and flexible. I felt at home and my parents and family loved it. Indico a todos! It was with a little daughter of 1 year and was provided crib as well.

Excellent location in São José da Coroa Grande (very close to the boat house and in front of the Calamares restaurant). The condominium is very quiet, organized and safe. Gislane is an excellent host, left everything impeccable for our stay, as well as demonstrating an unparalleled concern for our well-being and gave us excellent tips on places to make the most of the trip. Every Airbnb host should be like Gislane.

The house is fantastic!!! Airy environment with amazing natural lighting. The rooms are very cozy and the bed is very comfortable. INCREDIBLE apt people!! We love our stay, apt is BEAUTIFUL! All brand new, clean and flawless! Smelling bedding, all very complete, with dishes and utensils, even had cooler, beach chairs and sunshine, which helped us a lot on the trip. We absolutely loved staying at Jadson and Lucianas place. They were extremely friendly and helpful, even doing the trip there twice to be there for our check in and check out in person. Thanks a lot for that! We also loved the house in general. It was super clean, had everything we needed and we felt right at home after the tour Jadson and Luciana gave us. We could not get enough of the views and clean and mostly empty beach right in front of the garden. Even though these beaches are a hot spot for tourists, most stay their day at Antunes beach which is far enough away that the beach in front feels almost empty. There are some restaurants nearby but they are not that full. In summary we loved every bit of our stay and hope we can come back in the future. Thanks Jadson and Luciana for having us!

The only risk you take is not wanting to leave more when the stay is over. This house has a fantastic energy! From the moment you cross the gate and park the car in the garage, to the moment you open the doors of the room and see that bright blue sea in front of you... The experience is nothing but charming! The house is huge, it has a structure that really makes you feel like you're on vacation in one of those beach houses you only see in movies on television. The experience as a whole is indescribable. Only those with the opportunity to feel will be able to understand. Be present with the opportunity to enjoy this place!

we stayed 3 friendly couples and we had a super nice, comfortable, the place is a dream, exit to the direct beach, breakfast or dinner from that beautiful balcony, feel safe and with privacy. the landlords are very friendly and a dispocision.

I went with my family to Maragogi and we stayed at Geazy's house. The house is just like the listing, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, a social bathroom, a garage for 1 car, a barbecue, kitchen items and everything you need to feel at home. He explained everything to us, gave us recommendations for a bakery, supermarket. The house is on a very quiet street, with several inns, at the end of the street you can see the sea. Anyway, this house is excellent, clean, well maintained, has all the utensils, spacious, well ventilated! I recommend it and would like to stay again. Our stay at Amar & Mar Beach House in São Bento, Maragogi, was unforgettable. The hosts, Mr. Oton and Mrs.Evelin, warmly welcomed us, making our visit even more special. The rooms are large, with two suites on the top floor and one on the ground floor, ideal for people with limited mobility. The common areas are perfect, with an airy living room and equipped kitchen. The internet and appliances work perfectly. The location is great, close to essential services and attractions such as the Croas de São Bento. The quiet beach, with crystal clear waters, is ideal for children. With everything planned for a fantastic stay, we're already looking forward to coming back.
