Beachfront apartment in the best area of Mar del Plata and with great ocean views from all areas, fully equipped. The apartment has two LED TVs (one SmartTV). Cable and Wi-Fi. New dishes. In the living room there are two armchairs that make beds for children. The building has a pool in summer and a gym. Located across from Playa Varese and a few blocks from Playa Grande. On the ground floor there is a Lavirrap and a pantry with everything you need. Self check-in with a digital lock.

Large studio with a beautiful Sea view. The location is Excellent and it is completely recycled. It has a beautiful balcony (14th floor), modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It has cable TV service and 42 TV, 24 hour security and disabled access. WiFi in PB (common areas). The kitchen has: refrigerator with Freezer, cooker, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, hot water tank 80L and the necessary utensils.
