My mom and I were very satisfied with our stay. While we never met Silvia, Lucila was just excellent with us. She responded to all our inquiries with speed, indicated us great places to visit and was perfectly informed about Mar del Plata, it seemed like an unparalleled guide. If we can leave a constructive criticism for the place, it was to polish the cleaning process. Although the apartment looked identical to the photos and was very good in terms of general cleanliness, we noticed details such as drawers with dirt, the occasional hair in the bathroom, or a stain on the floor. We emphasize again Lucila's excellence, not only for the apartment but also for her, we plan to return. Thank you very much!

The lodging is beautiful. A super new and modern building. I used the gym with my girlfriend, which had a magnificent view. We were always alone in the gym, which was very comfortable for us. The apartment is super safe, with several security keys to access the property. It had a garage included with electronic gates. As for the accommodation itself, everything was impeccable, it didn't lack anything, with a beautiful oceanfront view. A very spacious and comfortable bathroom. And the room was also super spacious and nice. The bed frame and mattress were king size, veeery comfortable. Both the living room and the bedroom had air conditioning. In reference to Gonzalo, he was super attentive and quick in the few inquiries we made during the course of the stay. We hope to return soon, it was a more than satisfactory experience! I highly recommend it if you come to Mar del Plata and want a quiet accommodation with a beautiful view

The apartment is very nice and spacious, as shown in the pictures. It has an incredible view and is in a downtown area with a possibility to move on foot everywhere. Also nearby there are pantries, washing machine, bars, restaurants, etc. Highlight is the 24-hour security of the building with a doorman who is attentive to the entrances of each. Very comfortable for 5 people, except for the armchair-bed in the living room but Mariano and Renata were attentive to our restlessness and reached us an extra mattress. I recommend the apartment, we had a great stay of a week!

A wonderful apartment with a perfect location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just a few steps away: shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it was very easy to reach the main attractions. The apartment fully matches the description, it is clean and cozy. There is also a gym in the building. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but it didn’t affect the overall impression much. The host was very attentive and always available, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.
